i got a complaint
(edit: this happened on may 31, i was just too lazy to post it here until today thanks stig)
i was doing a12n to get a tome for my bard since i'd just leveled it to 60
for some reason, it was the first time i'd wiped to a12n in a really long time
at first, it was because one of the healers kept dying almost immediately
but then we found out it was because the OT couldn't do his job for shit so I ended up eating shit every time we hit add phase and tanked one of the dudes, and the healer kept stealing hate from OT's mobs

but then OT was eliminated and we got a new one
AND THEN, WE'RE FINALLY GETTING THINGS DONE
so I use LB near the end because we've been sitting at 3 bars, everyone's alive and healthy, seemingly well

not a minute later, everyone ate the dumbest mechanics, and I'm the bad guy. one of the monks starts calling out "who used lb??"

so anyway, tl;dr, here's my reaction image (spoilered for size, probably):

Yeah but.. but.. invigorate is(well was) LNC22. I guess leveling 7 more times was too much.

i can never spell that damn class name. so i type first 3 letters then whatever i think is in the word lol. As my friend hails from WoW initially, he just calls it mage, which is quite fitting i guess

i do this a lot in ffxi too, i.e. bostiantianeueux obilitette for those sewers underneath Sandoria, or Xakarackavbard for that snowy northern place... and so on

I probably spelt them wrong anyways but I'm sure you know what I mean if you've played FFXI lol

I always went by the Japanese names for an idea how to pronounce them. For example, Pso'xja was called "ソ・ジヤ" (So jaw)

It's kind of a pain to spell so I don't blame you.

Same goes for the Quadav stronghold, Beadeaux.

edit: beyond thaumaturge though, the real pain in the ass word to spell in XIV is Thavnairian.

And Boston Omelette is the only name I consider for that place lol.
