So this shit is going to happen everytime I lose power while playing, great. Funny thing about today was that it was raining earlier, but then hours later its the morning sunshine and then it goes out.

Heh.. got into PoTD, booted right as we started fighting F70s Boss... couldnt get back in afterwards and its time for work -_-; I am so happy I did not take days off for this.. I just hope SE will extends our playtime by not billing us because of this.

PS4 or Pro? I'm on a Pro using the standard setting (high resolution setting chugged a bit when I'd swivel the camera) and everything is fine for me.

PS4. This appears to be a known issue SE is trying to fix. In the meantime, this dude on Reddit found a small workaround for text boxes at least. Unfortunately it doesn't save to the client so you have to do it every time you log out.

Yeah these login queues are awful. It took me 20-25 minutes to clear a login queue of 500 people this morning. Went to do my laundry and came back DC'ed (presumably due to inactivity) and have a login queue of 1507 which has moved from 1500 > 1200 in 15 minutes so far.

yeah, even though queues were getting pretty ridiculous yesterday they moved quickly. took 45mins to get through a 1500 person queue after getting home today, then within 5 minutes i get 90k'ed because they still haven't fixed their broken-ass instances... and straight into a 2500 person queue!

i was looking forward to getting to play the expansion proper after spending yesterday getting SAM to 60, under the obviously ridiculous assumption that things wouldn't somehow get worse than the already poor state they were in yesterday. not gonna bother wasting any more of my weekend on this broken-ass garbage, where nearly every last bit of new content is locked behind instances that don't function.

Waited 45 minutes for duty finder, it pops, disconnected from server trying to zone in. 400+ que to get back on the server. Login, disconnected from server immediately. Now another 400+ que to sit through.

I couldn't get my g10 macro to work correctly, xiv doesn't want to keep reading any other input than "escape" when getting to dialog boxes. Works fine manually, but using the macro? Nope.
