the one that bugs me though is when 110+ tanks pull the boss behind the corner. like seriously wtf

I actively try to pull hate off of them and tank it in the middle as they uselessly chuck their shield/axe.

Probably take less damage than the tank would anyway, since I'd LoS the Void Thunder 3s.

Assuming by 'release' you mean return to the entrance? No, you don't get credit. Basically, whether or not you get credit is simply determined by you being on the hate list when it dies.

If SE wants to be dicks about rendering dungeon mechanics relevant they could always change them to deal damage based on a percent of your total HP.

edit: also just the principle of it being retarded to claim you're on farm status and still need 2 tanks for that.

i always scoff when i see these, farm parties and they want 2 tanks. i also dont understand why people only want to have 1 claim per weapon in greed parties, she's too farmed at this point and most people just need one or two weapons. i've had PF groups take 30-45 to form because people are leaving when the weapon they want is claimed.

i'm liking the new trend of all loot FFA, dust farming though. I would like the drg and mnk weapons still, but the absence of loot guarantee seems to ward off bad players.

Both strategies work just fine... his PF comment is next tier tarded but I can safely say I do have it on farm status and in most cases the folks I run with do two tanks. We can clear with one tank, its how I actually got my first clear... but generally when we PF up its two tanks. Couldn't give you a reason though as to why we did 1tank for my clear and not since but hey, I'm like, 40 diamond dust in and I've got all the weapons I want except Sword/SMN

I don't really understand what the purpose of 1 tank is honestly (edit: in a farm PF with random people, not with your buddies where chances of fuckup is low). I'll take wipe prevention over anything, and PF DPS are generally w/e anyways.
