Most of my FB-hometown bigotry is more racial flavored. Posts like "But look at the context!" re: the unapproved pool party cop vid, etc. Some may be upset about this but they stay quiet about progress for gays. Now, transgender individuals.. shit, they're still on about Caitlyn Jenner from time-to-time.

Honestly don't see an issue with polygamy. Maybe theres legal problems due to marriage being steeped in legal bullshit, but on an interpersonal level I don't think its anybody's business if someone wants to be with multiple willing people.

Agreed. It can be done correctly, and done terrible (just like good ol' fashioned marriage). The concept itself doesn't bother me at all.

I would say though that tax codes shouldn't give extra discounts for multiple unions however.

Mormons aren't the only polygamous people out there. I never have time to go to those mommy boards I used to frequent. But when I did I met quite a few married women who had a live-in gf/bf. I think there's an irish dude on the forums who is one, too.
