Slightly new and somewhat funny developments in the Kim Davis case. One of her deputy clerks, Brian Mason, has lawyer'd up and is alleging that Kim Davis violated her court order by confiscating all the licenses and altering them. He's concerned the licenses he's issuing are not valid.

Someone is attempting to position themselves for her job when she's gone lol.

In any other state, they would've since started the impeachment process but Rowan county is so small.

Just saw a bunch of articles pop up today. She did tamper with the licenses and could be facing more jail time. In the meantime, I'm going to stop selling condoms in my store because my girlfriend is out if town on business.

How or why is she still in this position? There are many ways to remove her for not doing her job and going against a federal judge, then doing it again immediately after she is conditionally released from prison.

Send her back to prison for altering the licenses and defying a court order. If she is in prison, she is not doing any part of her job.

I have seen state legislators write and vote on legislation very quickly. Write a law to remove the need for her to be recalled.

As said earlier, state legislature is out for the year and the governor said he will not bring them in or waste the money on a special recall election. So she has her job until January.

He's not aiding her, he's on break. A judge can fix this problem, and has, but now she's at it again. Expect people and the government to ignore her decree, or for her to go back to jail.

I thought it was that the sentence had that special kind of sardonic/superior/overly confident in her position attitude that's so prevalent in those on tumblr.

Back on topic, this lady needs thrown in jail again. Just keep throwing her in jail for a week at a time until she figures out that she can't be fucking with gay marriages anymore.
