Does player level actually mean anything? I hit level 10 earlier tonight and my teams since have all been level 25-45 and the other team generally the same level range.

Just means how long/much you've been playing.

Ran into what I think were premade groups a few times yesterday. Completely destroyed my PUGs. They were too well coordinated to not be playing together regularly, plus I feel like I'm the only one to ever call anything out. Had a run of 3 games with one other guy that would call shit out. We won every game we played together. Eventually we got scrambled to opposite teams and the one I ended up on had 2x Pharah, 2x Hanzo, and a Tracer plus me. Started as Lucio, ended up being Rein.
At least me and this guy had some good Rein battles.
EDIT: Getting tired of being tank or healer, though. I try to play as a DD of some kind and I'm terrible at them. Need to get more chances to play them, or just fuck trying to win and just playing the character I want to to try to get used to them.
How do you do the "Day wants to attack the point/escort the payload" command? I spend so much time on objective, even as healer, gets so frustrating to lose because you got widowmakers and shit standing in a corner.
Me and Tryven been rolling some fools last couple days lol. Tyven is really good at Rein dashes (off the map).
Toki I play healer mostly too, but I switch to soldier quite a bit cause he's got a heal and ult is aimbot haha. Soldier's kit is so well rounded, def my fave second to Lucio.

Awesome thanks man
Lucio is fine, as far as a healer goes, but sometimes you just want to blow some shit up. I'll try to find you guys online. I saw Tyven was on yesterday when I was, but was already in a game.
I want to try some Junkrat/Widow/Tracer. I've got a little bit of time in with Tracer, but I'm not used to her blink distance yet. I also regularly forget about her recall and kill myself with her mine.
As much as playing healer gets old and tired (I force myself to play Symmetra if everyone autolocks DPS) I do enjoy the tank cast. D.Va and Zarya are really fun to play. Zarya does require a lot of teamwork to get the most mileage out of her. It is fun doing 1v3s or 2v4s with a constantly charged particle cannon. And for D.Va, despite her hurtbox/crit box being huge in her mech, is all around enjoyable to play. Blocking Ults is the best with her.
So there apparently 1799 levels coded into the game.

oh good maybe i can finally get a good skin
is mercy the only support worth more than two shits?
hell no lucio is that hot shit man
Lucio is good. His healing isn't as strong, but it's AoE. Plus his speed boost is nice and his Ult is great for a big push.
Symmetra can be good too, but doesn't heal. Zenyatta is good as well because of his damage output and his discord orbs, but is squishier than the others.
I like Lucio because I normally hate playing supports but his healing is so mindless I can focus on pew pew and pushing people off ledges.
I'm terrible with him, but Lucio is damn good and I'm always happy to see one on my side.
Mercy & Lucio are the main healer characters.
Symmetra is good for support, but don't count on her for healing since she just replenishes your shield.
Zenyatta all depends on how good the player playing him is. I wouldn't want him as the lone healer though because he has good offense and he's better focusing on damage and helping with healing when he can.
The bonus for Zenyatta is the Discord Orb vs Mercy's Damage Boost. He can heal and do a damage boost to a single enemy while Mercy can only do one or the other. His handicap though is the pitiful health pool and really crappy mobility.
I think my one weakness when playing Zenyatta is tunnel visioning when dpsing and ignoring health bars. Though it is quite satisfying kicking people when you're at close quarters and actually scoring kills/eliminations.
zenyatta does seam fine to play if the other team doesn't have a widowmaker (I don't think being oneshotted by a body shot is fair at all) also his ultimate sucks ass
yall have not lived until youve seen Day escort the payload start to finish as lucio
I used to think Zen ult was really strong until I had one try to counter my Junkrat tire a couple times. The AoE for it is way smaller than I thought, a problem that gets multiplied by the fact that tards on your team will run from you.
