Close enough. The one I was referring to was on Numbai bridge by the opening. Tracers looked like they fell out of a clown car.

The delay on it makes it quite hard to hit mobile characters unless you predict very well. Again, annoying in random matchmaking =/= broken in organized/competitive play.
That is where he shines, the hook. No hook then you're probably done for unless you get that spread shot (which is really just a linear semi-conal aoe, not as spread as people thought).terms of kicking your ass is roadhog, the chain has a fucktardedly long range, and setup for a free kill (can't count how many times i've gotten chained way up in the air as pharah), and his spread shot can really do a number on you at mid-range.
I can't really be the only one who finds it easy to dodge generally. You hear it, you hide or take him down if he does it in front of you. I found most people including myself cannot reliably get 1-2 unless you have perfect positioning against the enemy (aka behind them). I have no issue with his flashbang as it is, just the damage to tanks is a little over the time as I have noticed hitting a Rein from behind fan the hammer took him down zero problems. Main reason I didn't want to say to nerf flashbang range is I find the tactic of throwing it over Rein's shield to stun him a nice tactic, though tricky to do 100% of the time.
Why? This is the first time I ever heard Torb needing a nerf.
Yet is the only one of the 3 that can be shot down (you have plenty of time to run generally, even more than Tracer's).
Tracer's charges fast flies out too fast to react normally unless she misses badly. D.Va's has the highest damage I believe and is incredibly useful for certain places to reduce pressure. Example: You are about to cap the last point, drop it on the point, enemy runs, teammates run on it, win (happens more often than you'd believe). Useful too when your mech is destroyed you can use self-destruct right away instead thus can get your mech back again for free.Either lower his range or increase the range for Tracer and D.Va.
Overall, outside of McCree on tanky targets, I enjoy where the game is balance-wise. Can never be perfect, but far better than I expected on a released game. I have some bias toward Pharah, especially in KOTH style matches where Widowmaker is quite difficult to play on to counter. Obviously, other things that would be nice, like Zenyatta not being one-shot by body shots (either more hp/discord reduces damage dealt too/body shot nerf are nice examples). I'd love to see ways to have characters not used in general competitive groups like Mei, D.Va (outside of specific circumstances such as defending payload point when it is pushed very close to it) to have their places.
This one. Took me long enough to dig through it. https://gfycat.com/WellgroomedInsign...tGermanspaniel

Haha I space out on the log a lot (get up to send an email between matches, etc.) and sometimes you've been in my game for like three rounds before I realize you're in it. Yeah, just send/request an invite.
Just got back from gym; about to hop on for some mayhem. Holler if you want to group up.
And this is amazing

Today I might play from work for once, after I get some phone calls out of the way I should be on and off throughout the day.
Any tips for Tracer? Tried her last night and I am horrible.
I've only played her a bit, and I'm not that good either, but the basic tips I've gotten are:
- You're a flanker, not a pusher. Try to get around the enemy team and get final kills after your team pushes, or flit in and out getting a little damage on a lot of guys for your team to push immediately afterwards.
- Be aware of obstacles around you. Most people when they start get stuck on walls, boxes, or fall off ledges. You should be aware of corners near you that can help you escape LOS.
- Always have 1 blink up when engaging an enemy, and try to be on the verge of a second one.
- Don't forget to use your time reversal. It's not only for escaping from your sticky blast radius. If you're low on health, use it to heal too and blink away before you get killed.
As far as more advanced shit; try watching a couple streamers. Seagull answers a good amount of technical questions on his stream if you have the time, even just to listen while at work. LIRIK plays a decent tracer as well, and timthetatman is a step below LIRIK probably. I think she's just one of the characters you have to get a feel for.
