I went 54 down to 46 in 6-mans, then went from 46-62 largely solo. I think the sweet spot is trio queue. The 6-mans can be nuts.

Was server shitty for anyone else around 5:30 EDT today? Got on and won match; next one I get through the countdown and server dies. Luckily it didn't takey rank down. At 51, but doubt I'll get to 65 before season ends.

Speaking of shit, ran into a Mercy that baffled me on how bad they sucked. Was on a KOTH map where I was Lucio and we had a Mercy as well. After our first slaughter I decided to go as 76 for some firepower and we already had a healer.

End of the match we still got our asses handed to us and I still maintained the gold for healing throughout the game...

Ok, so I went on vacation when this season started and came back late to the party. Started the season at rank 52 and just dropped to 43 due to obligations of playing with a scrubby brother in law which is severely disheartening.

With thay said I would love to start season 2 with a team of BG peeps that communicate with each other and actually play as a team. My stats are pretty decent and I feel there's no way I would be at the rank I'm at now if it weren't for the fact that I'm not running with a crew and got fam weighing me down lol. I main Zenyatta which I feel pretty comfortable with, but can change to anyone on the fly.

Need to rant. Had a terrible team in my last game.

So we know that you are bound to lose. Everyone is. Sometimes it's team comp, other times the other team is just better skilled or coordinated. I lost 3 or 4 games today and lost 3 ranks. It sucks, but it happens. I never ended up in a team as terrible as this last one, though. Before we even had a chance to play at all they were already talking shit to each other. We start as Attack on Gibraltar. For some reason we have a Junkrat even though there are no real choke points and we're on Attack. Follow it up with a guy that only plays Genji and is terrible at him to boot. Genji doesn't go after the Widowmaker, Junkrat does basically nothing, Roadhog doesn't hook the Pharah; boils down to nobody fulfilling their roles other than one tank, me on Lucio, and maybe the Ana? There's a Winston on the other team hard countering Genji, but he never switches.

We can't get it to third checkpoint, despite me alone holding the payload for at least 10 to 15 seconds against 3-4 of the enemy team, netting two elims in the process.

We're now on Defense and the Junkrat stays Junkrat, I'm left as only healer, Genji asks to play Roadhog because he can only play the two heroes. We get a McCree this time to counter the Pharah and a Tracer, but he does neither of those things. New Roadhog still doesn't hook Pharah or their Genji. Nobody goes Reaper to counter the Winston or D.Va and everyone runs in one at a time.

They start throwing insults back and forth over voice chat and obviously everything falls apart further. Suddenly I am the target of the shitty Roadhog/Genji guy, yelling at me for trying to take high ground and staying out of direct line of fire, but still within healing range.

At this point I'm Bronze elims, silver obj. kills, and silver obj. time with 8500 healing done. Junkrat decides to open his mouth and say he never got any healing all game which I reply is not only literally impossible on an AoE heal character unless he's way over extended every time, but I have 8500 healing. He gives some other bullshit line so I say in voice chat that he can heal then, immediately switch off Lucio at my next death, and change to Tracer because why not.

We were like 30 seconds from losing anyway so didn't make a difference, and that's what happens when you try to bad mouth the only person doing his job and then some.

Those are the types of players that make me wish everyone could see your stats. And that guy that only plays Roadhog + Genji needs to go back to quickplay if he's only going to play 2 chars and be shit at both of them.
