The KIs that are required are the permanent KIs from killing the WKRs, the aged crests. So as long as you've killed that WKR, you'll good to go.

Cirdas was very similar, near the port to Inner Raz was a lot of Dullahan and Umbrils, everywhere else was mixes of bats, triple bats, frogs, rafflesia, funguars, spiders, and acuex. Maybe some other types I'm forgetting as well.

New sections of existing areas have been added.
These areas can be accessed by possessing a particular key item.

A new entrance to Outer Ra'Kaznar from Woh Gates has been discovered.
This entrance may only be used by those in possession of the aged flashfrost naakual crest key item.

The aged crests are the KI from the win.

the trade in for armor was what they used the expendable ki for...

anyway it also ties in with the lore. the naakuals are protecting the entrance to ra'kaznar. you have to defeat them to reach it

Okay, it might be worth keeping track of the crystals, where they send you, and where they link up in Ra'Kaznar.

On that note, Turris is just a BCNM area. With huuuuge ramps, that have teleportation triggers at the top and bottom so you can skip the run up/down. Hooray laziness!

Popped Furious Arundmite with Sliced Thread (drops off Tortured Diremite) in Sih Gates map 2.
200k~ HP, can reset hate (not sure how), add Amnesia on hits, Hundred Fists, doesn't have Tarsal Slam. Killed with PLD, SMN, GEO and trusts, very easy, dropped Flax Sash.

So in case anyone was too hopeful does not appear that you can self light/dark with apogee 2 70 bps. In fact I got nothing when I tried.

Popped the Hippogryph NM in Woh Gates (From Marjami), using a pop item off the Hippogryph in the zone. Some sort of feather.
NM was easy enough, did it BRD MNK RDM, although it was super evasive (Gjallar BRD + Sabo Distract only got about 70% hit rate). Likes to dispel buffs a lot (one at a time), but nothing awful. Just put a bunch of useless buffs up.
Dropped Stoneja, and Sokushitsu Sune-ate (Kicky shoes!)

Zenicca, the Mog Garden KI NPC, offers Arciela's skirt for 9999999 bayld. The final SoA mission cutscene gives you Arciela's skirt as a permanent KI so no clue as to what it's for or if it is different in someway that the one already granted. I do not enough bayld to attempt to purchase it unfortunately.
