As expected, Tumult Curator's final form uses Astral Flow at 74% :
Avatars are this time instantly summoned but there is still a delay (much shorter delay than with PW) between their apparition and Astral Flow.
Avatars pop on TC then starts moving toward a random target, they don't use AF until they have reached their assigned target.
Each AF is either single target or has a tiny range. I was very close of Carbuncle/Shiva and didn't get touched, only Inferno hitted more than one person.
It's kinda hard to gauge the power of a single AF, most did 1200~1600, Inferno did 500~1k with Attunement/Vex/Run Roll/Mighty Guard/Scherzo, Searing Light did 2700 on someone.
For now, I think about having someone Diaga'ing avatars when they pop but the window is very short, it's especially problematic for the avatars that decide to AF someone standing next to TC since they don't need to move to reach him. In our case, only Ifrit chose to target a BLU or a GEO and used Inferno like 2 seconds after pop... It's really not like the old PW that takes forever to use AF.

As if it wasn't enough, sometimes the adds decide to assist TC and I'm not sure what is causing this, maybe Hellclap TP move. They have at least 100k HP each too...
TC casts Dread Spikes and has perma-Endark.

    Our setup :
BLU, BLU, GEO, GEO, WHM, BRD
    PLD, RDM, SMN, COR

Wave 1 : Brainjack Chariot > the rest
    Wave 2 : Gurfurlur > Gulool > Medusa
    Wave 3 : Hydra > Khimaira > Cerberus

Gurfurlur must be killed ASAP before Arcane Stomp.
Hydra's heads can be cut off rather easily with CdC spam. We never managed to cut one on TC and Thu'ban with DNCs.
Khimaira can kill a melee very fast during HF... So yeah Stun it and hope to get the blue proc in time.

It's possible to reach the final form in 15~ min if everything goes well... Which is rarely the case for us yet.

Anyone have any good strategies for Thu'ban? It seems to do crazy damage with Nerve Gas and Trembling 800+. I got it down with Geo-Vex and Indi-attunement but once Geo-Vex was down for a second, everyone died. BST BST PLD BLM SCH GEO was setup.

I recommend you get both scherzo and earthen armor in both parties. That'll make that 2700 only do 270.

Also, since last form is a dvergr (demon family) I recommend setting Abyssal Wyrm cheering effect since it has demon killer +10%. Every little bit helps.

We tried Tumult Curator with a BST who was able to kill the first wave with Unleash Tegmina but it ran out by then. By the way, Tumult Curator depops after 3mins of no action and it doesn't stay active the whole time like Geas Fete even if there is 27 minutes left on the clock. It is important to note that only Paladin should really pop it or else it is very difficult for Paladin to get hate on everything. If you're doing BST AoE strategy though it shouldn't matter too much. It is very difficult to find people to do this by the way at least on Bismarck Most people are still going gaga over CP PT and Reisenjima NMs.

    @Tachi

What setup did you use? Did you AoE them all at once? Have PLD hold them all and super tank?

I'm at 1020/1021 Records of Eminence.. just need this clear to get all done in-game as of December update.

What about bunching them for stunga from ramuh or blus?

Did you gauge how fast your group could take the final form from 100 to that 75?

They don't seems to use AF at the same time actually, even when they have reached their target.

It took us 4 min to bring it down to 74% with Astral Conduit, one blu dead at 96% and the adds trying to kill the other blu. The last form shouldn't take more than 5 or 10 min in perfect conditions, I think.
The adds seems to be a even bigger problem than AFs atm. Our PLD was super tanking them until they suddenly went after dds then it was very hard / impossible to detach them. They ignored Sheep Song > Sentinel, when finally they decided to go back after the PLD... they returned attacking the BLU 30 seconds later. I could Stun them with Shock Squall.

Did a few Sarama and noticed sometimes it would go insane unless you proc it with a random WS. anyone know the gimmick or did some research?

how many adds does the final form have? Is it viable to kill them or will they immediately respawn?
With AF being a single target, is it possible to run away from the avatars until they despawn, gravitying them, stunning on wind up and ranging, or even have someone voke or pull attention so more vulnerable members don't get blown up?

6 adds, 100k~ HP each (got one to 85% after a 16k Volt Strike). They would probably take 5 good minutes to kill with the risk of seeing them reappearing after AF if it work like PW.
Inferno wasn't single target, these avatars are probably immune to everything like any regular avatar instantly summoned by a mob to perform AF. Pulling them elsewhere with Diaga could work but honestly their behavior escapes me. Why Inferno was the only AoE? Why half of the avatars used AF quickly and the other half was passive for 10 seconds? This doesn't sound very logical.

So there's three new Wanted 2 objectives:

Carousing Celine - Fei'Yin, a Capricious Cassie mob.
Glazemane - Cape Terrigan, a Frostmane mob.
Wyvernhunter Bambrox - Gustav Tunnel, a Wyvernpoacher Drachlox mob.

Each are Level 128, 2400 accolades to pop.

We can expect to see an updated:
    Othinus' Bow - Imati/+1
    Lockheart - Ushenzi/+1

    Aiming Bracelets
    Amity Cape
    Cassie Earring

    Completely new weapons/armor are:
    Pixquizpan/+1, a Scythe.
    Kustawi/+1, a Dagger.

    Others?

The Goblin in Gustav Tunnel seems to drop Goblin Mines sometimes which do 2.5k dmg AoE. Didn't try geo-vex, barfire...

Carousing Celine : Bad Breath is AoE (normal range), Sweet Breath resets hate but many Morbols NMs can already do that. I haven't noticed anything special actually.

Glazemane : Has add dispel on melee hits. Does Riddle (set MP and Refresh to 0, 30' range, lasts like 2~ min) + Heat Breath (60k~ dmg) combo and Mighty Strikes. It seems clearly to be a counter against something. We have tried various methods like not using SCs, not using JAs or keeping hate on the same person... with mixed results. EA, Scherzo and Perfect Defense works but Heat Breath is still deadly at start even with DT-95%. We won with a Yaegasumi zerg.

Wyvernhunter Bambrox : Spawns Goblin Mines with EES, they explode shortly after for 3~3,7k dmg each, number of Goblin Mines is related to NM's hp. NM seems to gain a DT reduction when mines are present. EA+Scherzo works but it's still possible to get killed when 6~8 mines pop. We haven't tried to run out of range or to kill the mines, there is barely enough time to do anything.

Celine has some weird mechanic with debuffs from what I've noticed. When she does a ws sometimes a random debuff just appears on someone like blind or silence, can't make sense of it. They are out of AOE range and don't get hit by the initial ws.

Do these NMs drop anything interesting?
I saw the lolbracers and Greatsword from the Manti, earring from Molboro and what else from the Goblin?

Gazu Bracelet (Morbol, aiming bracers or wtv they were called)
    Odnowa Earring (Morbol, Cassie Earring)
    Imati (Goblin, O Bow)
    Kustawi (Manticore)
    Pixquizpan (Goblin)
    Ushenzi (Manticore, lockheart)

I thought the dagger would have been Goblin, since its a ranged based dagger, but I was wrong. I checked the upgrade items at the NPC.

Goblin Mines have a decent amount of HP and are randomly spread out. I've seen them spawn on top of the Goblin, in a circle around him, and in a straight line around the battle area. Barfire did nothing to stop taking 2600 or so, and you have about 5 seconds before they explode. Stone 1 from my SCH took off 8% of one's health, so if they're close I can maybe see a couple BLMs jaing them down or just using EA/Scherzo. I won with Helix strategies, since he was losing 3% HP every tic, but it's not a viable method.

    Fuck the manticore, though.

So, NM Mechanics. I've seen these dotted around, but figured just having them in one place will help:

Celine: Will use Sweet Breath (AoE), which will reset hate on anyone it hits, or Bad Breath (AoE), and then applies a random debuff as an aura. They can be pretty potent (poison 200+/tic), but you can remove the aura by applying the same debuff to the NM. Also to note, whenever an aura goes up, all debuffs will wear off, allowing you the opportunity to re-debuff as needed. Also has access to Impale.

Glazemane: Uses Riddle then Heat Breath whenever it takes magic damage (nuke, skillchain, DoT), and will pretty much one-shot whomever it hits. Other than that, a fairly simple fight. Will use Mighty Strikes repeatedly, and attempt to Tail Smash everyone to death. Shadows recommended.

Goblin: Will use Frypan, and Goblin Rush for large amounts of damage. EES every 20%, which will spawn Goblin Mines, which do massive damage, and takes reduced physical damage whilst they're out.
I was able to one-shot one with a Fire V for 4800, and 4400 damage, but not 2950, so they have 3-4k HP. The less HP they have, the less damage the explosion does.
Initially 1 mine spawns on top of the goblin at 80%, then 2 at 60%, one in front and one behind. 40% 4 mines spawn in a diamond/square.

Can confirm this after a lot of painful testing. Any sort of magic damage (including reprisal, en-effects, spikes, etc) will trigger Glazemane to combo Riddle and Heat Breath together... if that happens, it's almost a sure wipe.

Tumult Curator's lamps are sleepable with NT Lullaby on the first phase. The fight suddenly seems a bit more feasible now if the lamps are also sleepable on the last phase and if nothing (like a TP move) can wake them.
