I think you have no choice to connect your account to a FB account, and you can't play without but i'm not 100% sure on that

tl;dr You need the dummy account so that you have a means of logging out of the game. Without syncing your game to something, you can't manipulate the save at all on a single device afaik.

Lets assume you've connected the account you currently have(With bad units) to a dummy facebook account. Now you want to reroll.

You log out of the game via the menu, which lets you start over. No problem.

When you pull units on this new game, and they're garbage, you need a way to erase the data This is where the dummy fb account comes in. You go into the menu, and reconnect to fb, and you're new game(The 2nd one you made), will be overwritten by whatever was saved to your dummy facebook.

Now log out again, and repeat.

Once you get favorable units, which imo are at minimum Luneth and Refia for this banner, exit ffbe, and log onto the facebook app. There you will log into your actual facebook account. Reload ffbe, and connect the account you want to your real facebook account and you're good to go.

You can do this on one device, with one dummy fb account. This is how I did it when I started and unless this new update changes something, it should work for you as well.

Yep. Don't forget about the daily deal on top as well: it's half off and it still pulls from the FFIII banner until the next reset when we get the BF one instead.

Omg every quest has the 50 Lapis first time completion. Story quests, Vortex including reborn bosses... exploration quests. I'm going to be dumping so much stamina redoing the story for this Lapis.

Is there a way to lock parties so one can have summons and another cannot (for arena, Diabolos has a no-no ability).

You can enter the arena fights with the restricted abilities. You just can't use them during the fight, they will be unselectable.

I dunno, I've yet to lose once lol. Arena is so boring and easy and the AI is just dumb.

You can see the tier list for rewards for both weekly and monthly. Don't go up against anyone you see sporting a 5* as their main if you don't think you can handle it.
What units do you own? Maybe there's some advice I can give you.

My melee characters are agriad, vaan, locke, zidane. I only have charlotte as a tank. I have a kefka, tellah and golbez as nukers and I have a lenna healer.

Edit: also i have 0 TM items or abilities.

Are you just picking the first one on the list or is your team bad lol? I'm a free player and I've yet to lose a fight in 11 matches... usually pick a unit from the bottom near the .99 to 1.00 ratios.

I use an under lvled Ramza, Agrias, WoL, Lenna and Kefka and haven't had a problem yet. Status attacks are your friend and kill the healer first.

Also, just managed to pull a Vaan...is he still worth upgrading if I already have two other Full Breakers and another unit with Focus?

Lost nearly the whole day to extended maintenance and a dentist appointment that involved meds that knocked me out for 8 hours. Arena is pretty fun but frame rate issues seem to creep in after a bit. The prevalence of 6* Cecil and using 4 Excaliburs in my team is not making it fun to kill him lol.
