The first attack of their turn is always the same, but the attacks after will be different. The trick is to reset before their turn is over. Also it works with your turn for trying to gain summon and limit orbs.

Edit: it also fucks up their scripted turn attacks. As in: they never did ruin or that other attack.

I was going to mention that method; it's probably the only way without tons of rng luck to get the everyone alive achievement. I really doubt they'll ban for that when people have been unbanned for TMR injection for multiple patches

...going by my current team, I don't think I even have a shot at winning against Maxwell. At this point my only 6*s are Ramza and CoD and neither of them are at max level. I also have a 5* Rydia in the works, but she's all of lvl 9 and it would take me all week to get her to a point where she's worth bringing. This game keeps throwing events in left and right and I just can't find the time to actually upgrade my units.

TMR Injection is basically writing the TMRs instantly to your account; you don't even need the character. So it's definitely nothing compared to that. People have been buying this service without getting caught for awhile now.

It definitely is but TMR are so grindy that I'd have gone that route if I wasn't such a pussy and scared of getting bant.

I'm a bit sad by the event really, I like to collect units and I played BF for a while so Maxwell is a unit I'd like to get for the nostalgias. When I put up full buffs, and debuffs on her, and guard like everyone says to do in round 4/5 she just decimates my team. She can completely kill 2-3 of my guys in one round even if they have full HP while guarding.

I too am tempted to do the S/L version just so I have a fighting chance against the RNG and the fact that I haven't been lucky enough to pull any good units.

Got Luneth to 100. With just basic gear, no TM gear/abilities, I have him sitting at 450 ATK. Working on CoD and still have Kefka as companion. Also, fuck Gumi if they ban for this S/L and not Nox/Memu overnight farming. Also, keep an eye on Nox. It's sending encrypted data to China and Germany. There's a list of IPs to block.

Got it to about 30% using a less than proud method... someone mentioned just resetting the game if someone dies and I did that... found out if you reset it on important turns, like Rune/Song turn, or Meteor Turn... when you reopen those actions will not happen... he just skips them entirely and does his basic attack options (Genesis, Normal hits)... oops?

Their fault for pushing an insanely hard fight so early. Apparently we shouldn't have gotten this event for months and by that point we would have a lot more resources. Also I've been playing since launch and I still have total garbage from lack of gacha luck, sooooo I have 0 issues doing it that way lol.

I have spent more trying to get Elza than any other banner and I am peeved that I didn't get her. I used to play BF a couple years ago and for a very long time Elza was my main character ;;

Thank you, your CoD was the determining factor. Was a messy fight and I still had to close/open a few times so he'd stop Meteor'ing my healer (BTW, Im 99% Sure Meteor is Light based damage and Light Resistance reduces it, P.Cecil took 0 Dmg from it with Omni-viel up)

Barely won on second try with a cod friend last one alive. Luckily I was able to use diablos before the kill. Is maxwell any good at 6*? Pretty cool that they give him to you at 5* but his moves etc seems kinda limited
