Yeah, your toons have been very great for the past few events. Thanks for that.
Daily pull has started being kind to me lately: Tillith, Faris (now I have Focus finally), Bartz and Leo to give me a serviceable tank.

Jesus, well, that sucks.
I get trolled by 4*'s all the time ending up being useless junk or 3* fakes and such. But Ive been F2P for a while now cause Im too poor
I got trolled by a 5* once and I didnt even look at the draw so I didnt get hype, I made my cat push the button and look at it, only realized I got a 5* when I looked at the 5* Mustadio, painfully disappointed I was... but hell, i'm like 50% to a Mustadio gun.
Edgar's been my new Fran with half pulls. Easily been 3 of the last 5, at least.

90% on excalibur and 80% on sakurafubi#2 then all 4 Ingus will be worked on for Exdeath. I'm almost tempted to lv more than 1 Exdeath for my mage team.
I'm giving serious thought to stopping the other TM's right now and doing all Ingus as well.
Some insane Exdeath combo pop up or just appealing to make a strong mage?
Got a 4* Exdeath from daily yesterday, then did an 11 pull and got two more Exdeaths, one of which was 4*. Got a Faris which I needed since my only FB would be an Ingus that is still 3*. Also got my third and fourth Firions. Safe to say my physical and mage teams are set eventually, planning to just do daily pulls if the banner isn't shit and save for Rem and Rikku.
So Letters and Arms stacks for some reason (where no other same materias do in global) and with Exdeath's gear options he can get 630+ magic fairly easily. I thought I saw 700+ is possible but I can't find the link to back that up right now. With Dual Black Magic that's some pretty devastating burst damage.
Someone else's napkin math that I'm too lazy to check claims 730 is the max with everything currently available. I'm more curious what such an Exdeath would do numbers wise.
Spoiler: show
Is there a point to the Excalipoor or are they just for nostalgia?
Is there a hidden Leo rate up? Just got my third one since this banner came up lol.
Anyway Noctis coming in JP soon!

My Exdeath project in-progress

This is NOT counting stat pots AND w/e stats you put on Espers
I am officially lucky again at this point. I bought the 2 Black friday bundles this morning and with the login I had 4 summon tickets. On the fourth ticket I got a gold crystal, morph into rainbow = second Gilgamesh.
Right now my main attack team is Refia, Lightning, Luneth, Luneth, Gilgamesh, so now I have to decide if I should replace Luneth #2 with Greg#2
I would do that for my Exdeaths, but I currently only use them for arena and with just mag+10% materia they already hit double meteor for max damage. I doubt I will be putting them in my TM rotation anytime soon. Two 6* Exdeath is basically a guaranteed 4k damage per round, no stupid dodge / cover mechanics to mess it up.
I wonder if that much magic damage would make them more viable over a physical team.
-.- lost streak because game crashed after I already won (Last opponent had 0 HP, but my guy was still attacking because of barrage, crashed after his HP hit 0, but before barrage ended)
just broke top 3k for the week for the first time in the arena and am nearing the top 4k mark for monthly. Arena has been maybe the most fun part of this game lately, frustrating sometimes with some bad luck on this weeks ruleset but most challenge so far for sure.
Oh and that plant bugger was annoying but managed to get it on 1/2 tries.
After continuous weekly streaks of 189, 183, and up to ~85 this week, I finally got unlucky with 2 dualcast exdeaths meteoring me on the first turn. Couldn't deal enough damage and didn't get enough petrify procs from CoD.![]()
So I'd like to start working on TMs, but I don't know much about the macros people run. Can someone link me to a good program with some explanation how to run it?
Well, for something like Nox or Memu, you can basically click a button that records your actions until you click it to stop. So, in the case of TM farming, it'd involve going to the Earth Shrine stage select, starting the record, clicking the bottom stage and resulting menus, clicking auto, waiting for the fight to end, and then clicking through the post-fight menus to get back to the stage select screen and ending the record. How fast this happens will depend on your connection/system, but in general, it's wise to space out various actions to account for lag or things like Lightning's long attack animations. Once you've got that, you can set them to repeat, but Nox lacks a delay feature in the macro loop so you have to manually edit the file to get a 5 minute loop going, whereas Memu lets you manually extend a shorter run without editing the file itself. 5 minutes being chosen, of course, so you don't run out of stamina since it'd refresh.
More advanced scripts account for things like dailies, disconnects, and even lapis refills, but if you just want something to run while you're sleeping, something self-created can usually do the trick. Just be aware that crashes/disconnects do happen, so if you do plan on an overnight run, try to start with low energy relative to your max so you don't waste too much if it goes down early.
iphones have a built-in feature that records touches and such. The only issue with that is it maxes out at a certain number so you have to keep tapping the screen. Not a terrible option though if you are working. You don't have to pay ANY attention to it but just tap the screen a bunch every so often. There are some SUPER creative ways to mimic tapping the screen, too (one involves a rotating fan that pushes a stylus just enough to refresh the taps).
