Had more friend requests in the past 24 hours with Snow set than I probably ever had between Laswell > Fencer > Arc. Which kinda feels sad since I'd only put him above Lassy, event dragging aside.

This is probably the worst event they've run yet, other then the basic stuff (tickets, cactuars and stuff) the rewards just aren't worth it. Character specific weapons AND abilities? That's just annoying, especially when most of the characters aren't that impressive to start with.

I'm surprised we got the monthly arena awards. I'm happy to have another trust moogle, but with the Arena bugging out towards the end, I thought they'd just nix it all and start fresh.

I agree, Ziero. It's all crap. The bundles aren't good either, unless you're in need of instant-gratification. You can get so much more, even from this event, refreshing 30 times for 3k lapis instead of buying Snow's.

The monthly reset occurred before the arena issues started happening, it makes sense that we got the regular rewards. The issues started on the morning of 12/01 so when they did the reset 12/02 it only wiped one day of monthly progress.

Yay for 2 trust moogles, greg is now at 96% on his TM and no idea who to use the second one on.

Funny how things work out. All the pulls I've done and I've only managed 1 Zidane compared to 6 Cecils, 4 Bartz, 3 Vaans, 6 Garldands, 7 Kekfa, etc. Count well over 50 3* main series protagonist or antagonist (the rarer 3 pulls of them all). Finally got my 2nd Zidane from daily today and these arena rewards put me at an even 100% with 9 10%s and 2 5%s. :D

Echoing what others are saying about this event, it's trash. Only thing I'm doing each day for it is the 200 gear daily quest since it also locks out the daily 50 Lapis. I may go all in all next week once Lightning gets a bonus to secure tickets/SQs but until then, it's a week of TM farming/finishing out the last missions I have left to do for Lapis rewards.

I agree with waiting for Lightning bonuses next week.

I setup a quick macro yesterday to run though 3 energy pools ~300 energy, in that entire time I only got a Gigantaur once. So not only is the base reward crap, the bonus encounter rate is even worse than the last event.

In my opinion the energy is much better spent on TM's. Did a quick Luna because I had 8 of her and just started a quick Shantotto (have 6).

Finished blade mastery and got power of creation at 70%. Going to finish another DW and DC, along with celestial gloves, genji gloves, and PoC. Then to do 4 ignus. That one's going to suck.

Daily netted me Refia 4*. Not sure if SQ are worth it since we get one a day. Do we have a new shop yet? What's worth buying once mage team is done (earrings)?

The Force Shield in Amore isn't too shabby, some folks like the Black Belt too -- but there isn't much else out there right now.

Finished the 4th and last Letters and Arms. Now to finish leveling Exdeath.

Daily gave me Luna#5 and ticket = shantotto#10..... game really wants me to have overkill mages :/

All this talk of TM farming made me stop being lazy and get one of the blazing fast macros out there. Tested em each way I could and finally settled on this one.. For some reason the big threaded ones like pwnology's kept going into my crafting section from the main screen (was testing to see what it'd do if the game crashed outside of battle) but this one handles it just fine. I'm finicky about allowing anything to use Lapis without me being there, but it seems pretty straight so far. I'm at 98 energy so I'm looking at 10k~ per batch I guess. Maybe I'll finally clear out my backlog of TMs, or develop a Lapis addiction in the process. ._.

With blade mastery and power of creation, gilgamesh should top 700atk. Moonblade and Sakura would be amazing upgrades though.
