Event currency got buffed 5-6 times. I just for 268 from Pro with 2 Sazh as my only buff units.

Probably x3. I did Pro and i got 156. 52 is a normal rate.

ELT was doubled. I never ran pro, so unsure. I was getting ~100 before, without bonuses.

Spent 6 tickets plus daily (still want Snow for TM!). 2x Sazh, Rydia, Edgar, Clyne, Vivi, Alma. What the fuck at that shit. Glad I didn't spend any actual lapis on this banner, or I'd be more pissed. I'm up to 8 or so sazh, no 4*.

Once the lightning bonus hits, I'll be pulling 800 gears per run without any cactuars. That is good enough to make the 30k moogle worth farming.

Dragon was pretty straight forward. Don't use any damaging physical abilities unless it uses 'Charge'. Any other time you use them will result in huge damage and probably wipe you.

With Cecil's LB up, I was able to survive his big attack without anyone guarding. Fight lasted 6 or 7 rounds. One death(WoL) but that didn't matter. Boss seems 100% immune to full break, so he was a waste of a slot.

I cleared with 5 units. Cecil, WoL, Bartz, Refia, Friend Luneth. In hindsight, I should have used CoD instead of WoL.

I actually misunderstood "no damaging abilities" to mean "no damage". So I sat there taking a beating for 6 turns. Oops. Luckily I'm overgeared for him and nobody died except the 100% ST death.

Most tend not to bring defenses for Sleep and Silence, so either do the former to disable them and ST everyone else down, or just silence and keep AoEing anyway. Most tend to be paired with a Refia, so draining her MP would be step 2.

Lance Refia is always step #1 for me, even if I think I can kill her in a turn or two. And I usually can.

I usually just go all-out damage in arena. Between gilgamesh, luneth, and ex death, not much lasts more than 2 turns. Except Cecil. Those assholes can take 3 or 4 extra turns with the right equipment.

AoE owns the arena. Lancing healers and spamming abilities like Darkside and Earth Shaker seem to be the way to go for the moment.
