This has been bugging me for a while: "Whats supposed to be at the last room of the maze?" the 3 minitaurs? or ??
This time around, it seems the last room is the 3 minitaurs after the 2 room choice.
The last time the maze was around, it was 3 gigantaurs, and I wish it still was. Walking away with 100k xp for 10 Stam was awesome.
The final room is always the 3 minitaurs.
Edit: That gear daily quest has been bugging me all day. It better disappear tomorrow....
Chizuru on another ticket lol

So I pulled 7 times yesterday before getting Noctis, I decided since it is my birthday I will yolo pull once...
and the results are:

My main focus atm is to progress through as much story as I can. My goal is two-fold; accumulate Lapis from story completion rewards and work on gaining ranks for more NRG in the long run. I bounce between Chamber of Experience and Story, depending if I need to beef up my team or not. So my question is, should I take time off from grind and do Maze?
YAY second TM finished! all those fuckloads of Mustadio are finally at an end! got me a Romandan Pistol!
107 Attack gun I can throw on lightning, very good \o/
Noctis is waaaay OP in arena right now... just fought a double Noctis team with some others that killed 3/5 of my team on opening round.
My turn, Noctis self heals with damage warp then I used Blizzard Flask and stopped 4/5 of the enemy only the Pecil resisted resulting in an easy win on round 2.
Good luck if enemy Noctis uses blizzard flask on opening turns.
Was just going to post this. Knew he was OP for arena, but I hadn't had my ass handed to me yet by tim. Went the last three weeks of arena without a loss so I'm typically pretty well set.
Just had to go a full 10 rounds because a Cecil covered Noct on the opening round, All died except Noct. Fire Flaskx2 (yay dual wield) paralyzed, silenced, slept, or stoned everyone on my team except Cecil who was just diseased and poisoned. He got the dial next turn Ice Flasked, taking Cecil out of action. Luckily he spent the next 3~ turns using various physical hits. After that Fire Flask though, I just was never able to mount an offensive to take him out, it was spent curing, esunaing, getting CoD unstoned to use Comeback only to eat a Fire Flask again lol.
I still won because I had 3 alive to their Noct, but god damn. Getting soloed down and winning by luck is kinda hard to swallow.
One thing to note too, managed to blind Noct. Maybe I just had terrible luck with the 50%~ miss chance kicking in, but I guess hybrid damage attacks are treated like magic damage and can't miss because he never missed any flasks while blinded.
They are treated like magic damage.
It also breaks through any cover that your units provide. (cause, yeah, magic)
My husbando is giving Cecils the middle finger. He ain't even level 90 yet and he's doing 999 dmg in arena. XD
Working on a drawing of me and my ffbe units: (rough sketch)

After a few arena runs and seeing just how fucking annoying Noct is, I figured my best bet to remain relevant in it was to get one of my own and toss a Ribbon on him.
Don't come to that conclusion if you value $. I'm down 119 tickets and 71k (derped and hit 500 pull twice XD) Lapis without a rainbow. I've been hoarding tickets since soft launch since at some point, JP got the ability to use 10 tickets for an 11 pull which increases their value compared to what we have now. Threw in on the Amazon Coin $500 bundle at 25% off for $375 during the extra 20% Lapis bonus on Black Friday too so I've still got some to spare that I'm holding back for TM farming. Total unit wise, I'm not unhappy and no plans to rage quit or anything, but I'm definitely disappointed.
I got a lot of other units that I had wanted for TMs so that's ok I guess. I've also got a lot of things that I really don't know what to do with, like 11 CoDs. On the 'bright' side, I don't need to TM farm Charlotte to toss a heavy shield on a healer, I had 44 of them so I've got two TMs and then some. I'm really trying to spin this in a way to still be positive about my choice.
Nifty pic Mina. :D
There's a reddit post that shows the same results of 100k lapis.
Oh man, that's rough... sorry dude. Makes me feel less confident in hitting Squall when he's released even if I keep hording :/ I really feel like the rate needs to be a bit higher for the specific rainbow (like Noctis) on the banner, but maybe that rate is adjusted once rainbow crystal changes to being a 5* base (or is it just 50% banner unit/50% random base 5* at that point)? Even something like 60/40 would be a lot better.
need to up the rate of rainbows to 5%
No idea why I threw so much for Noctis. I coulda ended with nothing at all. Stupid decision that happened to work out.
Thank you Malithar. X3 Honestly speaking it was foolish to go so hard for Noctis but tbh, the only other unit I -really- like that even JP has is Rem. Maybe Ashe and Rikku. But pulling them isn't like trying to pull a 5*.
And all of Type-0 is pretty much derp besides Rem so I know her banner will be shite. I figured I'd at least get some chizus even if I failed to pull Noctis.
Edit: Blizzard Flask is so fucking broken for arena. Between that and WoL doing Bladeblitz I feel like the most toxic piece of shit ever. D:
It's basically a miniature Exdeath LB
OKAY! I need details on FFBE. How does buff stacking/overwrite work? I open the fight with Embolden but get Pecil's LB by round two. Casting it overwrites Embolden, yes? And it's a good idea since Embolden is 40/40 and LB is base 50 and can get to 74-75%, correct?
Pulled Mercedes yesterday and Chizuru today. Anyone have an opinion Mercedes? Is she worth bringing up quickly?
