Edit 2: Had a couple tickets from the event, decided to put them on the Noctis banner. Zidane #2 and Charlotte #17. Fuck it, I'll take it. If I ever get Refia, she'll be able to equip a nice shield I guess lol.

Can try Gumi support. I remember one report on reddit of someone bugging them enough (and prolly just lucking out and getting the right person) to the point that they swapped their account to a new FB ID. I really dunno how it worked, and there was only that instance that I read about compared to the dozens if not approaching 100+ reports of people being locked out and shit outta luck.

There was also reports of someone altering an ID in photoshop and sending that to Facebook to 'prove' they were real, which they claimed worked. YMMV of course. Hope for the best regardless, hate to see someone lose out due to senseless limitations when saving your account. I've seen worse Korean and Chinese mobile games that offered account IDs, FB, Google Play, and even email recovery codes.

Had the same thing happen and was able to get it reversed. Contact gumi first and tell them you got banned and try to convince them to transfer your game data to another FB account. They will say no, but make a big deal out of it or at least try.

Then contact FB to get unbanned and you will be directed to a verification to show id for whatever name you used. Contact FB again and tell them lost id or something similar make a big deal about. Contact gumi again and tell them what happened. Wait a few weeks and try to login chances are you will be able to log in.

I did the exact thing and few weeks later got email saying account was restored but at that point I was already playing on a new one. It's worth a shot.

Edit: send fb a copypastad id from a Google search and play dumb when they question it too

Has anyone made it to the 20 freebie cactaur yet? If so is it 20 or 10 and 10? It's a nice reward but I don't think it's very good execution.

Tried to do the first stage for the raid event and got easily steamrolled, those death mechanics suck hard. Think i'll have to pass on this till my new main team is max 5* and level capped.

My brother doesn't play much, he's not even past Island 2, same thing happened to him

I'm his only serviceable friend too, I could carry him through the first 2 probably, maybe even the third one... but not any past that.

he has good units, they're just not leveled enough

So it's not 10+10= 20 thing? it's straight 20 is what I was meaning to ask earlier.

Yes you get a straight 20, and then later a straight 30. And you need the full amount in empty slots to claim them
