I posted in that thread; I see people mention 30%, but nowhere official. I contacted amazon and they told me they couldn't help without showing me where it's been announced. I got a trunk of lapis this morning for one last 10+1 (no chizu, still, sadly) and only got 10%.

The only thing I have seen is that the 10k coins has been at 23% for the past week, was kind of hoping for a 30% discount on the 50k.

Looks like they left coins alone on their Digital Day sale. Seems silly to have a sale focusing on a specific type of media and leave out your currency for all of those mobile games.

Their advertising specifically says "up to 30% rebate." No where was it documented what you'd get though. I took to a chat CSR and after enough questioning, he relented and assured me it'd be 30%. Saved the email and pics, and after I dumped 50k coins in and only got 5% back, I was back to them. Provided the images and email and let some senior digital expert or someone that I got transferred to work their magic. Got back to me about 25 minutes later and offered to refund a single purchase of the 5, giving back the 10k and change from tax, then provided an additional 2k to even out to 30%.

For what it's worth, when this happened, you had no way of knowing what you were getting back until after you made the purchase and you checked your coin account. Now, when you try to make a purchase, it tells you below the total what you'll get back as a rebate. I doubt this'll work anymore and wouldn't be surprised if instances like this is what brought about the change in FFBE.

Yeah that sucks I can't take advantage. I did convince gumi support to give me 2 trunks of lapis after I got amazon to refund the money though. So basically they have me a free Noctis and a bunch of other crap.

Thanks for the warning, Coren. I've only had problems with it crashing back to the Nox desktop mid-run, which I corrected this morning by adding a mouse click in a safe place, (Slightly below and to the left of the bundles icon, above Smithing) which will reboot the game.

I'm just about done with this new bit of story, and I have to say, I really enjoy it. I find the dialogue to be pretty funny most of the time, and the ff8 setting is great. Timber Train, the Comm's tower, and the fight against the spider robot being an exploration all got me smiling.

This month's dailies seem decent. Any good upcoming draws soon? Glad I'm finally done grinding snowman event. I see why people use programs to grind tm's. Just doing the last 1 for blade mastery was a headache but worth it.

Orlandu maybe? We really don't know, we're still expecting one of the Type-0 events at some point but those units are pretty bad from what I've heard (except for Rem and she's 5* base). I think Tactics will be the next big banner unless they make something exclusively for Global again.

Very hard to say. Maybe Ariana Grande...? GL is it's own game compared to JP. As much as we want to hope things will follow a similar release schedule or path, we just don't know. At this point in JP, they done had *2* Type 0 events with three characters in each. That whole Ariana Grande thing, as random and strange as it is, seems to be real with character animations revealed and all.

This is apparantly based off of an album of her's, Dangerous Woman. I dunno her music myself, just what I'm seeing off the reddit thread and Google.

I totally thought it was a joke at first too lol. The meltdowns on reddit and FB are pretty funny, so many seem to take it as an offensive gesture to them. I've got pretty much the same outlook as everyone else here, I don't mind, it's just so random. My biggest concern is where does this stop? Michael Jordan or Jackson? Tom Brady? Obama or Trump? It's a door that I'm not sure should be opened and not something I'd expect to see in one of the better (IMO) FF mobile games. It's something I'd expect to see in some random old flash game than a licensed product from a respected developer.

Guess one thing to consider is all of the publicity they'll get from this. She's got over 50 million followers on Instagram. If even 10% of them see it and 10% of those try FFBE, that's still a gain of 500k players. Hypothetical numbers of course, but I can see the pros I suppose.

On a more serious note, need some advice here.

I have Cecil at 62.4% TM but recently pulled a Zidane. Haven't tried setting up TM farming macros (I'm guessing it's easier than how daunting it seems..), but even with that aside, is it more advisable to just finish out Cecil's TM then work on Zidane's, or go all in on his with the trust Moogles I'll be getting?

Excal would benefit my Luneth (as long as I kept his enhancer in the other hand to benefit from the passive), but Dual Wield seems like it has a wider application once I get some more weapons: My 6* Bartz and CoD could benefit from it, as well as others down the line.
