What's the best place to farm Light Megacryst outside of this event? Need to do my daily explorations and I want to use them somewhere other than Earth Shrine.

It depends what else you want from the exploration, if anything. Wind shrine is a very fast, straight-forward map.


What do you guys do with your chars after you get TM on them? I have 3 100% gaffgarions now... thinking about just using as XP fodder since I'll never need them I don't think?

With the introduction of Bahamut in JP all Esper damage has been greatly buffed... about fucking time I say!

I wish the type-0 banner with Cinque would hurry the hell up. I need about 10 of her TM (+20% ATK/DEF).

Also, FINALLY GOT MY WHITE WHALE WARRIOR OF LIGHTTTTT. It's so rare to get a new unit these days (aside from the new units) that I have to be excited when it happens. :D

I also have 2 maxed 6* cecil with 100% TM. One has lvl 25 limit break, other was the one I used temporarily. He's worth around 900k XP if fused. Any reason to keep? I have 3 other unleveled cecils...

He may go into the next 6* unit I want to cap. Here's to hoping for an "amazing success"!

I have the same situation as you with Pecil, Coren. I have one with a level 23lb, and another maxed sitting on the bench.

Aside from 5* pulls, I can't think of any units that I still want. I wish I could pass off some of the extra WoL/Refia/Chizuru that I'm sitting on.

My teams themselves are set. As far as TMs are concerned, I've been looking at my unit list trying to decide what else I "need". I'd like 1 more miyuki and 1 more chizu (pulled 5 mercedes, 0 chizu on that banner; orz). Of course a few 5* base would be nice (moonblade and brave suit pls!). With that WoL this morning, the only non-5*, non-limited-time unit I'm missing is Snow.

What I'm regretting is not pulling harder for Fencer and Karl. I have a ton of +10% ATK, but no +20%. That's where Cinque (and, RNGesus willing, queen) come in. Cinque being 3* should make getting a pile of her pretty simple. I think either type-0 or tactics should be next; FF2 could sneak in as well.

For what it's worth, the next tactics banner:
Orlandu - 5* - badass attacker, obviously everybody wants 8 of him.
Soleil and ovelia suck as units and their TMs suck. Lawrence TM is armor with +mag which is slightly useful for ExD.

Type-0 banner:
Queen - 5* - great TM (+30%, +20% hp), meh unit for 5* base
nine - 4* - TM basically same as medius, so crap. 6* max, DRAGOON, otherwise meh
cinque - 3* - +20%atk/def, awesome because 3* base, otherwise meh unit due to 5* max
eight - 3* - +15% hp/mp, also 5* max. Gets +30% with knuckles (good thing we all just got a bunch of xiao!), but still, 5* base so meh.

The last option it could be is FF2 with a pile of good/great/amazing TMs
Emperor - 5* - awesome TM rod (109MAG with +10% HP), decent black mage with native dual black magic. Best attacks are abilities, so this doesn't help much. Also get Flare natively, but that's ST only.
Shine - 4* - amazing TM (+30% ATK, 10% dodge physical) - otherwise meh unit with lackluster atk
Marie - 5* - great robe TM with 45mag, 45spr, 30 resist to everything but dark - Great green mage abilities (bar-aga) plus dualcast. No native healing though.
Shera - 3* - good TM; +15% atk/hp, +20% fire resist. 5* max, meh.
Leon - 4* - great TM, pending units available; +30% atk with 1hsword, +20% with heavy armor (good for luneth) - still 5* max though
Guy - 3* - decent TM with +10% atk and +30% hp - still 5* max
Firion and maria get upgrades; firion will be great with enhancements, but I think he won't be good for a while if you already run with a bunch of 5* base.

Gilgamesh trial in feb:
Genji blade (107atk katana)
+30% atk materia

Dark siren/ifrit in mar:
GSword mastery

Apparently the devs are planning on porting the gl "exclusive" units and 6* over to JP. Guess we're back to being behind and having nothing unique lol
