How do you get the equipment? I cleared the first 3 dungeons and didn't get any of the gear from the chests and I made sure to open all of them.

Yeah the ELT was a real pain in the ass. Not all Bosses are immune to breaks except the last and CoD is damn-near mandatory for Omni-Veil. Just make sure that you go get the chest to your left AFTER you kill the last boss in the little cave opening.

Wiped on the pink Undine type on ELT, just didn't have Omniveil handy. Noticed a lot of them seem to resist Holy to some degree, so not sure the whales rocking Excals are always the right move, either.

The last boss is -10% on Dark and Holy so it is alright. Man, I wish I have a tier 6 healer. My Krile cant survive the Release attack, and I am pretty struggling once my main healer is down.

Also leveling Cupid Artemios. Figure I'll focus on 2x Rising Suns once my current TM batch finishes to ideally make him more of a powerhouse. Something I should probably be doing anyway for the times CoD is handy.

Do any of you guys do videos or guides for events? I have the people and gear and TMs but can't do boss rushes yet. I know it's just a matter of mechanics clicking in my head.

That said, I've overleveled/geared so much I just zerg everything now. 2-shotted every boss in the new Valentines ELT; only had exdeath die a couple times (he was arguably the weakest link; I just didn't want to move all his shit over to CoD).

I have a "balanced" team that I typically start with on these events:
Noctis @844ATK, Gilg @759ATK, ExD @633MAG, Cecil with max lvl 25 LB (spammed this) and dualcast, and Refia also with dualcast. I took an 860+atk Noctis with me. I didn't do anything except full-attack plus the occasional raise/cures. Used a tent before last boss. Used a couple elixirs to get MP back in the middle somewhere.

My Arena team swaps out Cecil/Refia for Luneth and full-eva Ling (95% eva, woo!).
