Thanks! I know somebody here is rocking an 893ATK noctis; I'm quite jealous of that one! But I don't have Ramza and I didn't get any of the +20% ATK materia (karl or fencer), so I'm stuck until the next batch of them come out (FF2 banner has a ton of them, IIRC).

What do your rounds look like? Refia opens with Embolden if Cecil can't LB. Then Tri-Attack Gilg, DC Meteor ExD, and Warp Strike Noct? Or do you equip fire and chain those?

don't see any reason to use tri attack, it wont chain well with warp strike and it's a shit ability on its own

It's official I hate dance of death in arena. Ain't no 30% when it's used on me. More like 90%. That aside it seems to me like people aren't doing arena that much this time around. Is there a use for Charlotte's tmr? It's sitting at around 80% now.

I just purchased the 70k moogle. One more run of this damn event and I'll have the last 10k I need to get all the gigantuar. Just in time to upgrade my two maxed out Firions.

Firion was the first unit I got way back in pre-launch/open beta w/e you want to call it. I'm psyched to be able to use him again.

The last option it could be is FF2 with a pile of good/great/amazing TMs
Emperor - 5* - awesome TM rod (109MAG with +10% HP), decent black mage with native dual black magic. Best attacks are abilities, so this doesn't help much. Also get Flare natively, but that's ST only.

Leon - 4* - great TM, pending units available; +30% atk with 1hsword, +20% with heavy armor (good for luneth) - still 5* max though
Shine - 4* - amazing TM (+30% ATK, 10% dodge physical) - otherwise meh unit with lackluster atk

Shera - 3* - good TM; +15% atk/hp, +20% fire resist. 5* max, meh.
Guy - 3* - decent TM with +10% atk and +30% hp - still 5* max

Firion and maria get upgrades; firion will be great with enhancements, but I think he won't be good for a while if you already run with a bunch of 5* base.

Gilgamesh trial in feb:
Genji blade (107atk katana)
+30% atk materia

Assuming we get everybody on here (except Marie), I'll be pulling a LOT. I would like a few Leons AND shines. Guy isn't bad in his own right (direct upgrade to amarant TM). Even Shera isn't too bad, TM-wise. Emperor is just for his TM. I'm wondering if multiple Leon or multiple Shine stack.

Due the the units I've been lucky enough to get so far, I'd be way better off pulling for the TMs alone.

Also I swear they're wearing FFXI Aegis and Yoichi. Well, Firion is wearing Aegis it's unmistakable lol, looks just like XI version but it could be from this game originally I never got to play it.

Maria 4* is Yoichi, here 5* upgrades to something else.

Looks like I'm doing some pulls also, I would like at least one Leon and one Shine. Just using Enhancer makes Leon's TM an upgrade over Excalibur for Lightning. Makes me wish I had Randi or Delita's TM, but I can't justify chasing a 5 star for their TM.

Trying to decide if I want to do dailies anymore for the Valentines day banner. I got a Cupid Luna and Cupid Artemios already, but I kinda want a 2nd Luna so I could put one on Cecil and one on Refia. Also, grats Robertfb... the first 5* base feels good!

Yeah getting your first 5* base is nice. I'm in the same boat about the valentine's banner as well. I'd like to get a 2nd luna but I doubt I will.
