I beat the ELT FF2 fight on my 4th try with 3 of my own Exdeaths, Pecil, WoL and a friend Exdeath. That fight is awful, but is also a great example of a fight where 2 tanks is a functional strategy. Also I managed to get all 4 achievements with it.

Well their GL treatment when it comes to story releases is still dumb and I really hope we don't see any more of that (last update was a long time ago and only had 3 dungeons). Odin better be released with his 2* version right away, this island has been stretched long enough.

Mmm just did that ELT; was really easy even with no white magic when I don't have Tilith or Luka and got all 3 objectives done first run. All I did was keep Noctis' Cover up and use meds to cover the rest of the healing.

For the 5* I went with luneth, Greg, noctis and dark fina. 4* snow, Luka and agrias. 3* Kefka, Locke, Zidane and Edgar. The 4 and 5 are the ones I'd like but won't get. The 3 are the ones I have but I'd like more of. These new updates coming up are gonna be fun.

I REALLY want to get the 5*s and at least 1 Vanille for more upgrades to Luneth and Exdeath and the rest except Zidane would be for the rest of the crew. I'm down to just the Chamber of the Fallen for the Lapis Missions before I can't get anymore Lapis outside of dailies.

Got a question for you guys. I'm running 4 Zidane atm for dual wield. My main one is at 82.6. The other 3 are at 11.7, 10.7 and 9.3. My question is should I fuse that 9.3 with main and go with 3 or keep running all 4? I know I'm only gonna need 3 dual wield.

"need" 3 dual wield is a misnomer. I have 2 genji gloves and 3 DW (plus luneth and lightning), and I'm contemplating grinding another DW. I use different chars for content/events than I do for Arena, etc, and ain't no way in hell it's worth swapping all that gear around every time I want to do something different.

On one hand I get the impatience (I'm impatient as hell when I get to that last 10-15%). So I wouldn't blame you in the least if you merged them. And I can tell you that you're almost guaranteed to get more zidanes (I pulled REALLY hard for one on his first banner; spent 3 10+1 pulls to get the first one); now I have 3 DW TMs and 4 more at 0%, one of which was a fucking gold troll recently.

On the other hand, if you macro, 82.6% is ~18 hours from being done. Just finish grinding it out and be done with it.

I ended up combining the high and low. So main ones at 97.8 now. Added a 2nd miyuki even with that gilgamesh trial next month. No idea how to macro to farm tm. I usually do like 20 normal at a time, just enough to burn through all my friend list ppl.

Download nox(my preference) or memu to your pc, and search for "blazing fast tm macro" on YouTube. That'll get you set up good.

The version the tutorial will have you set up will use lapis to refill energy, it typically costs 6-10000 lapis for 5 TMs depending on how much energy you have.

If you don't want to use lapis, it's pretty trivial to edit the macro once you know how it works by moving around the buttons.
