Eh I give him to you if I could. Getting a Rainbow on a banner I really want the 5* from (with arguably a better TM) just to get a dupe Ramza (who I only just got the first one of about a week ago) is just soul crushing.

I get he will be useful at some undetermined point in the future and I'm glad to own one but as someone who can't stand TM farming I'll probably never see his coat this lifetime lol.

Just really sucks I wanted olive :/

I'm just saying that they have changed things for GL in terms of TMs or other passives so we shouldn't assume that the recent DH buff in JP will ever make it to GL. Although it seems linked to Cloud's release so there is a chance I guess.

Good to know she'll be a permanent roster member, I'll try again at some point. I have 5k+ Lapis but trying to save for the next big banner like Tidus or Balth

Maneater is really good because many of the bosses we fight in events are weak to it so it's much better than anything else you can slot in for that event.'

Ended up getting Shine from daily after I dipped into my ticket reservoirs a tad (only 12 pulls) only to get a Chizuru (which I did need since it's only my 2nd one) so I'm happy

That's pretty much why I keep her around. She's probably the most efficient option when it comes to magic-less healing for those of us without Tilith.

So I been playing the new missions and I've come to really enjoy the story as a whole. It's cheesy and a bit cliched, but the characters are actually kind of fun in that silly, classic RPG way. My only problem is my game keeps crashing every time I do a CS. Then I have to retry three or four times until I eventually just have to skip them.

...I'm thinking it's time I found a new tablet to play this on.

She's currently my best healer with a strong non-magic AoE HP and Status heal all in one move, along side raise and a great Def/Spr boost. It does suck not having dual-cast, but her heal is strong enough to mostly heal my whole team in one cast regardless.

Started playing this game due to the free draw. I didn't get any 5 stars from it and didn't realize I could start over.

However, through the tickets you get at the start I was able to pull 5 star Delita and Olive. I used the lapis I built up to get Olive's bundle and got him to be a level 81 6 star.
I'm assuming this is a good start to the game but I'm not sure. Also, how is Delita overall? The rest of my characters on my current team are all 4 stars. Should I invest in them and make them 5 start or rely on pulling 5 stars in the future?

You were very lucky. Olive is a great unit. Delita will be good for you until you can get better units to take his role as support, he does have a really good TM though.

Which other units did you get? There are a bunch of perfectly usable 3 and 4 star units.

5* bases are extremely rare, you got super lucky there to have pulled 2. You can't rely on pulling them at all so you should work on those 3*/4* units because some of them are really good and can be raised to 6*. Rain, Cecil, Firion, Cloud of Darkness, Exdeath, Refia just to name a few. Others like Warrior of Light will be upgraded to 6* soon enough.
I've been playing since launch and have only 2 5* base characters (although I could've gotten more considering I got a few troll rainbows), 4* base pull rates are way more reasonable.

I have 3 4 star Shines, 1 4 star Rosa from the free 11 pull and 1 4 star Mercedes. These are all from ticket and the 250 daily pulls.

I also have 5 3star Sheras and more 3 stars from the 11pull. Are there specific 3 stars I should be looking at? Edit*I have 3 star Cecil and Cloud of Darkness so I'll look into building them up!

Looks like you have a solid team then. Use Rosa as your healer (she's stuck at 5* but she'll do for now), Rain/Delita for reducing stats on the enemy with Full Break and Delita's unique ones (Rain can also buff the entire party with a skill called Leadership), Cecil is your tank and then Olive/Cloud of Darkness for DPS. Next month we get the FFXIV event and, unless things change for us, you can get a 5* healer (upgradeable to 6*) with Dualcast included for free and replace that Rosa.
