Pulled a Rainbow on the Daily today... I got Ace. So my two rainbow pulls on the Players Choice banner got me Ace and Queen. Is Ace any good?

Queen is good. She's not top tier, her problem is she can't chain, but she can put out big numbers by herself.

I'm pretty sure Ace is "Just another BLM".

Either way, grats on your pulls. Queens TM is pretty good, if nothing else!

I got my 10% Moogle from Ifrit, all my awakening/crafting mats, and I'm 1 5% moogle away from Y'shtola's TM. Feels good to be (almost) done with Ifrit.

Supposedly Ace is a good chain unit in the future after enhancements.
I think he needs DW for his ability move that does the most significant dmg.

I'm doing the weapons and bodies for yshtola and minfilla but are their specific accessories worth making? I have enough too make them just trying to decide whether or not to actually do it or sell excess stuff for gil.

Plan is to sell cause cactaurs gonna break me again.

Minfilia's abilities for the most part are not based on any stat, so her ring is kind of as good as anything else for her, because she's natively immune to all status effects.

Minfilla & Y'shtola's gear is legit, but the accessories are pretty meh tbh.

Edit: Guess I gotta care about Lawrence's TM for Olive too since its (barely) better than brave suit(for her).

been lazy as fuck and have missed a lot of orbs, honestly forget to check the game a lot and dont care much anymore. have all 3 units and enough stuff to awaken them all to max with around 500k points total. im actually mad about this because i dont get this lucky when it matters.

I hear ya. I was at SXSW all week and tbh boozing in the sun with friends all day > this. but I'm so far behind on the event... best I can normally do is ADV (sometimes PRO with a helper) so yeah, I'm lagging here lol

Minfilia's shit is probably BiS for her unless you have better HP/MP stuff to equip to her. She doesn't really benefit from ATK or MAG and since she's not a healer (ignore that materia) her SPR isn't necessary and DEF doesn't exactly give the gains worthy for most units. The best stat in the game for moooost units who don't benefit from atk/mag is pretty much HP/MP.

In fact the best stat for defense is HP. Burn that into your head.

Ran into two sets of chocobos doing my first Stamina dump this morning. Probably just lucky, but I can hope for increased rates.

This ELT is so easy. It's nice to set my attacks on round 1 and just hit repeat. It's a really nice change of pace from Ifrit ELT
