How do you access the hidden Mog King fight? Also why did they change the token exchange thing to only max 10 at a time.

Sucks that you can only make one Override I wanted at least a couple more lol but whatever, Rikku is almost ready to go. Only a few more Gigantuars and she's capped...
Still not sure how to react to TT though. She's not awful but I really don't know how to fit her in... Guess she'll be useful in mage content at least. Can she chain properly with normal Terra at least?

From what I've read you use King's Play on turn one, Royal bad Mouth after that until he runs away. This in ELT. Don't damage the king.

From INT to ELT, King Mog will not damage your party. He will mostly debuff himself and buff or heal your party.
Every 3 turns King Mog will snort 1 unit out of battle permanently.
After X turns, King Mog will run away.
Special condition is required to unlock "The Moogle King's Counterattack" stage:
Enter ELT stage, and do not attack King Mog.
Your units will receive new abilities during battle.
Use King's Play on all of your unit.
Insult the king many times with Royal Bad Mouth. Use all of your units several turns just to insult the king.
Finish the raid, and a challenge stage will be unlocked once you have insulted him enough.

TT chains perfectly with herself, and is possibly the easiest dupe chainer in the game. You can always use mine for a dupe! As for normal Terra, she only chains if you DON'T use magical activation, so that's not really helpful.


Basically bring along a friend TT and she will easily chain to 20+. If you have a chainer yourself (Freyvia, Landu) you can throw them in the mix for ridiculous damage but you do need two TTs for that to work.

Exactly this. First turn King's Play with everyone. Then just keep doing Royal Bad Mouth with everyone until he runs away. Do not do anything else, period. I don't know if it's standard but I only had one person left when he finally ditched; this DID unlock the final difficulty, so don't worry if he keeps snorting your peeps.


It's kinda moot tho; that final difficulty level is... I mean, maybe I'll come back and try it later but it's fucking insane. Pre-emptive multi-status AoE with blind, sleep, etc. First turn massive AoE damage and tons of auto-attacks. Brutal as fuck. I didn't even get a chance to attack him so IDK about his health/defenses.

I have no other 5* chainer to speak of so that's not possible Guess I'll try double TT with friends and see how it goes. Was hoping for some extra luck honestly, would've been happier with an additional 5*(Tidus) but I guess not today lol. Need to save for double Ashe!

ELT Mog King, triple TT magical activated Chaos Wave -> 900+ ATK Landu with WoL's breaks + Embolden, and he still had 25% health left. This guy doesn't hit hard (or at all) but he sure is a tank.


Also what do you guys think: Rikku's Pouch or Ring of the Lucii for next TMR?

Ended up with rem, ace and rikku from about 50 pulls combined. Got the damn Mog king to about 10% but wiped, was thinking i was gonna kill with with my last chain but didn't realize he had def buff on -_-.

This new Raid banner is awful lol. You can pull 1* cactuars and turtles Sure we have the daily dungeon with lots of cool shit but they didn't have to make the raid pulls this bad lol.

So... Most of you all saw I was in a foul mood after only getting dupe Olive and no other 5* or Rikku after 25 tickets or so.....

Well, did mog king raid, got ticket, pulled for Rikku and saw a glorious Rainbow which became motherfucking Tidus! So happy now, esp since I wanted him the most since FFX was my first main entry FF (FFTA was first FF).

ELT seems pretty ez; he doesn't attack at all. Just a ton of def/spr/HP to wade through, and you have to do it before he snorts your team away.

If it works the same way as JP did, then yes. That pops up every day of the anniversary celebration. You should have noticed a "this will expire at 6/30/2017 @ 2:59 AM or something" which means you could only have done it today.
