I can almost one shot moogle counterattack. Get him to about 15~20% with Orland x2 and closing with double Alterna. It's so good.

I've probably missed some unit that has a LB worth leveling and yeah I realize some of these are "not worth it" to your teams so try to not get mad that some unit on here is useless to you.

Personally I completed Cecil. I'm working on Noctis. Thinking about Y'shtola for the future.

Definitely some suspect suggestions on the list, but you're right. It's hard to put yourself in other's shoes who may have a team where those sub-prime LBs may be worth leveling. I've completed Cecil, Noctis, Wilhelm, and working on Rikku now, personally.

I wouldn't level 3/4 of the LBs I named because my team would never use them. Wilhelm > Yshtola LB leveling if you have him. Those two are highly regarded LBs for some trials/10-mans.

myreality, be on the lookout for WoL and fast track him to 6*. You have Tilith and Rikku, which covers support, really. Just find your DPS and you'll go pretty far. Also, your friend list is full.

As for King Mog, Setzer or Ashe or Charlotte (with her shield from the quest; and I'm sure there are more options) with sleep res item and Ramuh/Siren/Carb. I let the previous characters AoE wipe poison/blind/sleep, WoL breaks ATK/MAG, Tilith buffs all stats, and Olive breaks DEF (she has -50%). Two Cids chain and takes 75% life off. Mog does his thing. Tilith full heals. Here's the key part: whomever has Ramuh/Siren/Carb Dispels Mog (it takes off his buffs and debuffs). Olive and WoL reapply breaks. Cids chain and done.

I have seen a lot of chaining options work. There are lots of AoE wipes for debuffs (but everyone should have one of the three listed, most likely). WoL has 45% breaks so he's a bit harder to replace (but there are options since you only need MAG break). And plenty of DEF breaks (or SPR if you are running MAG chains).

Definitely a substantial lessening of bonus units on this event. I couldn't go a day in the Brave Frontier one without seeing multiple Metal Gods. So far today, not even a Golden Bomb, let alone a Thunderbug.
