Looks like we've got some sort of cooperative feature coming to the game sometime, likely within the next few months for them to be talking about it already. Not really any details listed, but they told a french magazine about it during an interview.

Translation from Nazta:

"On the Global version, we're secretly working on a new mechanic that allows users to play together and share their experience, it's mostly cooperation. We're currently working on it and it will be released on Global first."

What's everyone thinking? Guilds, large scale cooperative raids, something more involved with friend units, etc? Kind of exciting if it'll be something where you can actually play with other's live, doubly so if it's in a guild like system and not something random or match making. I'd love to join up in a BG guild and set up times to take something down as a group.

Kinda hope its not anything Raid related, really like how our raids aren't 100% dependent on a giant collective HP pool, cause i've done that shit in Granblue and its such a PITA to enter a Raid, only to get off one attack before the boss just evaporates and ends the fight.

It definitely feels like the ATb speed is set too fast. Wish there was a way to adjust it before hand. Doing those boss battles at 2 speed instead of default 3 might make a difference. But otherwise it feels like I'm in fast forward.

And even then, I can be 1st to queue an ability and somehow it doesn't go off until everyone else gets to do 2.

Yeah, RK's raid system is fucking terriballs. Granblue's isn't real-time, but ping can fuck you since it's all JP-based. In the end, I think I'd be more content with mini-raid events as we see in BE already, but instead it's a guild/group/clan/whatever limited to the fight instead of the whole population. The more "come and go as you please" the better.

I'm sure everyone here has Xon. But if not, I have him up as a friend unit for today to help with the new Cid Trial. Can use his twist of fate to absorb Cid's buffs. Also, gave him 80% water resistance.

I found Xon to be a waste if a spot, personally. Cid dies fast to a friendlandu after just a dispel and then you need a separate buffer for Famfrit.

My Xon isn't even 6* yet so I'd give it a try. I'm considering going in without a friend unit though; Tilith, WoL, Orlandeau and Reberta with non-light weapons, and Zyrus for the Waterga mission.
