I mean... I have such conflicting emotions right now. Like 20 golds and no 9s... but now I have 2 Orlands.... I'm happy and furious at the same time. Can I be happy and angry?

I used all 81 of my tickets and got a million 210s, 4 Eves, 2 9S and a Twobee. I felt extremely indifferent upon seeing that rainbow after using so many tickets and I wonder if it was even worth it.

Ling is MVP but I know not everyone has her available so WoL will have to do. Paralyze resistance also helps a lot (Ling is immune and can heal the whole team). Like I said above A2 and 2B simply destroy the boss however the latter requires a lot of preparation to do so. After that she killed the boss from 61% in one hit. All friend units btw, didn't pull either sadly.

Edit: Also forgot about Aileen and her machine killer. Add her to the "easy run" units if you have her in your party or friend list.

I will 2nd this with Ling. Right now my setup is WoL, Tillith, Greg, Fryevia and Ling + Friend unit and between WoL eating all the damage with Light is with us and Ling keeping the boss broken and or removing paralyze from Tillith as necessary, I haven't had any issue. My 2Bs will be up as Friend units as soon as I get one leveled.

So there's apparently a bug with 2Bs Spear ability that causes it to either do 1 damage per hit, or 999,999,999 a hit on the boss. I've seen the 1s but I've yet to see the billion damage.

Can someone clarify how the 10+1 tickets work? Is it for all active banners or only the most recent? I believe I read that the +1 is the only one that gets a bonus from the banner while the other 10 follow normal summon rules. If its both, I may use the upcoming one right away as these are 2 good banners. If its active for only the Nier units, I think I've exhausted my luck on those and will save it for another big banner.

10+1 and EX pull from the ENTIRETY OF THE POOL WITH NO RATE UPS. Banners are considered "in the pool" and EX 5* can be A2 and 2B but extremely unlikely since all 5* have an equal chance of being the rainbow.

elt is a bitch whore. I think I can get him on farm status pretty easily but it will require actual effort (need to rely on WoL's AoE cover) and no 2-shotting for me :/ thank god he's susceptible to breaks or this would be absolute bullshit, lol

I've had no problems with elite.

Crush weapon and Wilhelms defense boost keeps me alive turn one and turn 2 Rikku buffs kick in. Usually done by turn 4.

Also Eve should have been a raid unit. He's 100% trash and the only reason he's on the banner is to shit up the pull and reduce chance at 9s :/

thinking out loud, Rikku + Wilhelm + Y'sh + 3 DDs, that should be a ridiculous amount of mitigation while still providing enough damage.


edit: wait, then I don't have a breaker...WoL instead of Wilhelm, that should work. if only WoL's limit wasn't complete shit, but you can't have it all I guess.

9S is an amazing breaker. On top of that he has ATK/DEF break unlike Ling who has to use 2 different skills to achieve similar results. Put some para resist on Rikku if you have her TM equipped on her for easy recovery.
And yeah, get that damn 2B capped as fast as possible lol.

Rikkus pouch should be a sufficient breaker if you got that. If not a breaker DD (Dark Veritas or Orlandeau) would work.

Oh and in case any of you thought using a 4* ticket or 10+1 summon resulted in a 50/50 on banner unit, which is apparently so widely accepted it's on the wiki.

THey either stealth nerfed Nier rates or it's always been 25%.

(Regular tickets and pulls are always 1/4 but 4*\10+1 were believed 50)

I have the pouch too, I've been spoiled by WoL's breaks but honestly, 30% is just fine most of the time. especially with damage reduction. I might be overthinking this

9S has 50% breaks split in two abilities (ATK/DEF, MAG/SPR) which is 5% higher than Ling and WoL, a damage reduction barrier (30%), a bunch of status inflicting attacks (including Stop) and 50% imperils. That's before you add the 40% physical damage barrier, heal, loot boost and chain abilities from his TM
His LB is a 54% Full Break+Disease.

WoL is nice if you need to break Offense (ATK/MAG) or Defense (DEF/SPR) and 9S is great if you need to break Physical (ATK/DEF) or Magical (MAG/SPR). It's nice that the stats are paired the way they are paired.

although to be fair to WoL, he has AoE cover, so I guess he can stick around

And apparently 21O's Lazer is also bugged and deals 1 damage lol.
