Might anyone know how long before you can use a character from your friends list again?

Someone on my friends list has a 540 attck Chizuru with double attack making their Barrage hit 16 times. lol

Pretty much kills Amoeba on it's own and takes out a good chunk of the other two bosses HP. Makes it pretty easy.

I have no idea why people are suggesting all mage team. Barrage stomps the amoeba, and casting magic seems to trigger osmose.
My preferred team is vaan (full break, focus, cura), lenna, kefka x2, CoD, Chizu. I've got a couple 500+atk chizus on my friend list that I'll take, but otherwise I shoot for the maxed-out kefkas (no TMs needed). People are recommending Kefka due to escape and hyperdrive; I don't see taking all mages though since amoeba has insane MAG/SPR.

I've been running a Celes, WoL, Kefka, Goblez, Fina party with either a Exdeath or Kefka friend and just tearing through the bosses. My units aren't even all that stacked on MAG, but the chains are great damage.

I usually go into the Amoeba fight with full limit bars and just blast it at the start, then melee it down (Fina Cheers, WoL Breaks and self heals, rest are auto attacking). It takes more turns then I'd like, but it doesn't seem to use Osmose and it's melee hits are light enough to not be dangerous. Only real risk is when it uses drain, but items can cover that.

After that it's full mana burn on the next two with Fina mostly Deshelling or Blinding between occasional heals. MP runs low (especially on Celes) between fights, so that's when I pop a tent. Other then that one time where I used a tent, had the game crash, restarted the game and got into the fight only to see the Tent effect wasn't saved, I haven't had a problem using a mostly mage group on these guys.

Does anyone knwo how to set up macroing for TM farming?

I only know how to use Nox, CS. I can say though that it works amazingly simply.

Once you have ffbe loaded up on Nox, and your team set up, manually click a Earth Shrine.

From there, find the Script Record button on the right hand side. At the top of the script menu, press play to start recording and click through earth shrine until you finish the zone and are back on the stage select screen. Now stop the script.

Now that you have the script created, edit it using the gear icon to set the interval time, and how frequently you want it to play.

Be sure to leave time between clicks incase theres any lag. I like to keep all my clicks to the bottom of the screen, as to avoid spending lapis.

Got Lenna in my 250 pull today. She looks better than Fina (For now), but I've noticed she doesn't get access to 6 star in the future. Is it worth leveling her up?

Lenna is currently best healer, and there's apparently a sprite for her 6* form in the JP game files. When/whether she gets that upgrade is anybody's guess. But yes, level her and replace Fina.

Rising sun is awesome. I'd recommend getting 2 (DW on CoD!). I screwed up and accidentally fused 2 Lockes, but then got 2 more that I'm hanging on to. My first Locke is around 55%.

I've been using Locke to escape and only fighting the bosses.

That said still not a walk in the park w/ a 3x barrage users and Fina's cheer. (and vaan for full break)

I use Siren on Locke and just spam blind on the bosses and hope they stick.

I've got enough ores for 2, so definitely not looking forward to the lumber. I'd farm for a third, but I'm not farming enough lumber for 3 of these blades, and I already have a couple stronger weps so I don't have 3 weps to replace to begin with

I'm getting the ore for 3 just because. I don't have the lumber right away to finish 2, but I figure they'll come eventually, while somewhat regretting the junk staves I crafted toward achievements.

Found out Fencer's dark resist buff will help mitigate Osmose some. Not enough to make it a non-threat, but it maybe only drains 70% of someone's MP pool if the boss decides it wanna use it. Saves slightly on ethers. Not sure why people feel the fodder is threatening, though. Yeah, they come in big packs, but none hit exceptionally hard. Like others, though, I've been using Locke to skip them sans the smaller packs to build LBs.

I actually found that chaining Raging Fists(I have two from FP units and one from Ifrit) was preferable on the 2nd two bosses, for sheer mp efficiency. It made the fights take a few more turns, but I never had to tent or recover anything.

Already farmed up the ore for 2 swords; was waaaay easier than hearts for the gravity rod. Boy do I feel dumb for tossing a stack of lumber early on in playing. . . >_>
