Guy brags about sexually assaulting 3 underage girls, video evidence found, police investigating

Tristen Cole Killman of Norman, Oklahoma has openly bragged about forcibly sodomizing a 16-year-old classmate back on the evening of September 19th, 2014. The girl was passed out at the the time, and Killman admits that he knew she would never consent to the act in question.

Still, in spite of the fact that Killman has admitted his crimes, and in spite of the fact that he is 18-years-old, months later he has still not been arrested.

Police have been made aware of these crimes and Killman’s confessions but they have refused to take action.

The latest admission from Killman makes a total of three girls who he has confessed to raping, all who attend Norman High School in Oklahoma. The victims range in ages between 14 and 16 years old.

The first victim who he has confessed to raping says she was victimized back in January. The second assault occurred on September 19th and the third occurred 4 days after.

Now their school has added insult to injury by kicking the girls out of school for: “Disseminating a video of Tristen penetrating one of the alleged rape victims.”

No, you didn’t read that wrong. There is an actual video of one of the assaults, but instead of the school kicking Killman out and the police locking him up, the only action that has been taken has been against the victims.

We contacted the local Police Department which would only tell us that they are “investigating” the allegations.

Norman Superintendent says 18 yr old has been suspended for the rest of the year, another guy suspended for bullying the victims, girls not suspended just afraid to return to school
Hundreds of students, parents and supporters lined the street in front of Norman High School on Monday to protest the school’s handling of the bullying of three female students who allege they were raped by a former male student.

The protest was held in response to allegations from a 16-year-old who said she was raped Sept. 19 and bullied when she tried to return to school. After the girl made her accusations public, two other girls said they were raped by the same student.

Norman police said they are investigating the case, and Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn said his office is waiting until police complete their investigation.

“We want to make sure we file the right charge on the right person,” Mashburn said, adding that such a decision likely would not arrive soon.

The 18-year-old suspected in the alleged assaults has been suspended for the school year, Hickman said. That man was not identified by police or school officials. Another teen accused of leading bullying was allowed to return to school.

Attorney Elton Jenkins said he is representing the 16-year-old girl and her family to ensure that their rights are protected.

The 16-year-old girl has not returned to school since she said she was bullied on the day she tried to return, Jenkins said, because the alleged bullier was allowed to return to school.

“School administrators say they can only suspend him for three days."

They were both drinking so I'm pretty sure they raped each other.

Seriously though, Oklahoma's age of consent is 16 and depending on when he had sex with the 14 year old, that'd be covered by their Romeo and Juliet law if he was under 18 at the time. As far as rape, sounds more like two high schoolers who can't handle their drinks. Kid sounds like a douche but God knows that isnt illegal.

Read the additional info.... They have him on tape saying "She was passed out. I pulled her little tiny ass shorts she had to the side and I just fucked the shit out of her."

I don't see where consent could be given if she was passed out drunk.

You wouldn't know that though because you've demonstrably never picked up a book nor educated yourself on the matter. Let me guess, overweight housewife?

There's a difference between having that on tape saying it in a police station's interrogation room and on tape saying that to brag. In his story he also says that he told her to get on her knees and she did.. so she wasn't passed out drunk?

People embellish/exaggerate. It'd be nice if this type of stuff didn't start with dehumanizing the accused

It'd kind of ridiculous, tbh. We've all said some stuff to friends that we wouldn't want getting out into the public - it sucks people are so quick to call someone out on their mistakes and demand maximum punishment.. but never too eager enough to call themselves out on their own bullshit

So you expect people to act like you do, talk like you do, and think like you do?

Most of the world is different than you man. Most of those people aren't bad people because of it, either. If this guy deliberately lures under-aged women and gives them alcohol with the intention of taking advantage of them.. then yeah, he should face the legal consequences (not a mob of people who think he's disgusting). But afaik, that hasn't been proven and it'd be pretty hard to prove anyway.

He could just be a regular dude who has friends that find things funny/exciting that you don't. Nothing wrong with that. "innocent until proven guilty" is getting fucked over pretty good now a days since the line for guilty keeps on getting muddled.

We should be more careful and not be so quick to think of this kid as less of a human being, is all I'm saying

when it comes to fucking passed out teens, yes.

[quote]Most of the world is different than you man. /quote]

So, then that needs to be fixed.

    see above.

Or is it ok to kill people as long as you have friends who find it funny/exciting, too?

Only "defense" I could give the kid is that teens are fucking stupid, and just because we stick an arbitrary number on adulthood, doesn't make someone magically think like an adult.

But that just means parents and society have to be better about teaching kids to be a lot more vigilant in not doing stupid shit.

if you did not know anybody in high school who bragged about how drunk they got and how stupidly they acted while drunk then I would question whether you ran in any circles at all.

One thing to act stupid, another thing to make a rape claim.

So yeah, the circles I ran in that wouldn't be tolerated either......just sayin

No idea why you started to vilify me and then switch to apprehensively agreeing with me at the end

But that just means parents and society have to be better about teaching kids to be a lot more vigilant in not doing stupid shit.
No, it doesn't "just" mean that. We've been trying to make education "right" for like 300 years since public schooling started, it's never a "just" do this, or "just" do that with education. Nature's going to create differences whether we like it or not. There's always going to be the dude who doesn't understand, girl who never learned, or whatever else explanation you want to justify it with. We've gotta have a legal system that is fair to these people and strong enough to catch/dealwith real criminals

Rather talk about education being the "solution" to this, how about not passively swallowing whatever narrative the media presents people with? I mean, this kid doesn't get charged with anything for several months it seems. Legal system says there's nothing to do here afaik

Yet media runs with the story.. and anyone who disagrees with it is a politically incorrect monster, isn't that kind of fucked up? This kid could be just a regular dude who misrepresented himself and anyone expecting a bit more "evidence" is also labeled with "this guy thinks it is ok to kill people as long as you have friends who find it funny/exciting too" and "fucked passed out teens is ok to this guy". You don't think that's a bit over the top, Ksandra?

Yes, because the legal system always 100% of the time charges everybody that commits a crime. Apathy, discrimination, influence, etc. never have anything to do with people being able to circumvent the law. Nope, nothing to see here people, move along.

I dunno, I question him saying she's passed out and all this and all that but what he says in the video sounds like rape fa sho.
Whether that's what actually happened, I cannot say. The rest of the circumstances don't make it sound like that's actually what happened but I don't know why someone would say that if it weren't true.

I'm pretty sure I'd never talk about sliding some passed out chick's shorts to the side and then fuckin' the shit out of her, especially if that didn't actually happen. I don't even.

Are you saying that people should take the judgement and delivery of consequences for this kid in their own hands? Great idea bro, I read 2 or 3 articles about this asshole, listened to this youtube clip, and this kid doesn't act like how I think kids should act, let's get our friends together and beat the shit out of him

    Stupid sarcasm aside,
Right, I agree that people get away with illegal activity because of certain circumstances... but I'm more worried about the mob of people who don't take a second to think outside the story provided by the media (a business model that literally lives and dies by the # of views/clicks/etc so they're gonna be sensationalistic as possible) and just by disagreeing with the mob-mentality you're labeled as just a bad a person as the accused

People are calling for this kid's head when the "confession" is a sound clip from him discussing a drunken night with friends... I mean, c'mon lol

What are those age old lines? I don't agree with what you say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say them... It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer

Takes a lot less than that to get a black kid locked up for less.

White guys its "horsing around"; black guys its violent offenses.

White guys its "civil disobedience"; black guys its "riots".

Same shit, different day, although here at least the public is attempting to stand up.
