Or maybe they want to see how they do before they reintroduce them.
Or maybe they want to see how they do before they reintroduce them.
Since Superman's much more mainstream than Deadshot etc people see a different guy playing Supes and go "oh hey that's a different guy playing Supes".
Where if people see Arrow's Deadshot after seeing this movie they go "hey, isn't he supposed to be black?"
Hey I'm not sayin I agree with it just taking a guess at what they're thinking.
So is it no longer Supergirl and now the Adventures of Supergirl and Superman?
Ugh. Just ugh.
It's just a couple of episodes. Jesus.
I take it as a sign how serious they are about their TV universe. You don't bring Superman into it unless you have plans.
That or the first season of Supergirl did so bad on the channel it originally was on that the CW is pulling out all the stops to build up the hype for this show again
It actually did really well.
Why did they get rid of it then? o_O
Because it's CBS.
It did well, but not well enough.
Studios want OMFG RATINGS SMASH, anything less is, to pull a line from SatW, "YOU ARE NOT NORWAYNCIS!!! YOU WILL NEVER BE NORWAYNCIS!!! AND YOUR PUNISHMENT FOR NOT BEING NORWAYNCIS WILL BE CRUEL AND UNFORGIVING!!!"
I frankly don't care, I think the CW will do it much better justice. And frankly, anything to get more of them Flash/Supergirl crossovers, because that just works fantastically. Arrow and Supergirl though, would be something else.
I like how they canned an entire season of Kara pining for Jimmy in 1 ep lol
CW wants her to end up with the nerdy guy so this can be exactly the same as Arrow with swapped genders!
edit: I did like the interaction between Supergirl and Superman, I just worry that this is going to be an every episode thing and that may get old and isn't really supposed to be the point of the show.

tl;dr Supergirl is staying on its own Earth, though there will still be crossovers.
