There's a few people I've seen talking about it.
Most of the talking about specific vita games tends to go on in the catch-all Vita thread since there's really not enough vita game talk to support entire threads I think (generally speaking). There's definitely enough people with vitas and definitely a good few of 'em who have this game, getting them to actually talk about it is another story! ^_^
