Ignoring everything else, how can you say you had zero problems with the movie when the casino part (or any scene with Rose present) exists?
because he won't win by fighting what he hates, but saving what he loves
So deep and touching. I can see why her character and performance were so highly praised.
Hate on the prequels all you want, but they at least had some semblance of trying to world build and expand the lore. Even with it’s piss poor execution.
TLJ was an incoherent mess with a bunch of half-assed ideas that added absolutely nothing to the SW mythos.
I'll still take 3 TLJs over the prequels because it was fun to watch (most of it).
Am I the only one that felt the laugh sounded like Hamil's?
Hamil has a pretty damn distinctive laugh even when he’s not trying to go for the Joker lol.
Obviously it has to exist in a framework to be comprehensible but the biggest problem TLJ had are what it does within that framework -- the problematic implications for the future of the SW universe (lightspeed missiles, getting rid of big bads in Snoke and Phasma). If you don't care about how the world of Star Wars has to continue to exist after the movie looks, it is easier to forgive/ignore the problems of the TLJ.
Everyone saying TLJ was the worst SW movie needs to say "episodes 1-3 were better," out loud with a straight face. Watch them beforehand for best results.

Darth Maul alone was 200x better than TLJ.
TPM is still the worst, TLJ gets runner up. Solo ain’t terrible but it’s not particularly good either. *shrug*
I think some people tend to look more fondly on the prequel series now with nostalgia and the benefit of having a multimedia campaign around it consisting of dozens of video games (some of them good!), the Clone Wars animated series, and the shared experience of actually seeing SW films in a theater.
TpM was better than AoTC to me.
