We knew he did this, when the script for TFA was being written. I wonder if he meant that consultation or follow-up ones. Either way, there is way too much evidence that Lucas planted about Palps being alive/revived to ignore it. Also writers and game designers had to follow by his rules too, before the sale to Disney. The Book of Sith is all we need to know he was still alive/coming back/whatever.

There are a couple articles being published that mentioned that J.J. consulted with George Lucas for the script and story for this final movie. This can be a good thing since Lucas is a lot better when he doesn't have full control and someone is there to reign in his crazy shit but it might just retread old ideas which J.J. can already do by himself.

it's ironic the meme is making fun of fanboys and includes the line 'they couldn't even enjoy a new Star Wars movie', like it's self-evident someone should enjoy a new Star Wars movie. you're all fanboys, some are just fanboys that think their sacred franchise is desecrated and others are fanboys that don't care about the quality of the film they'll overlook any shortcomings to enjoy it.
