Yep, there are reshoots in almost every big budget movie for the last decade. You just don't hear about them all because not every franchise is Marvel or Star Wars.

It was before and after. The very first spoiler I mentioned ages ago in this thread got the Red Stormtroopers and Kylo's "red-lined, fixed" helmet right forever ago. All of the leaks came from the teams putting together the Art book and trailer.

New rumor out: Doctor Aphra is getting her on Disney+ show. That would be lit.

There were definitely reports of bringing in Lucas for reshoots, true or not. I don't remember where I saw the screening thing could of been twitter but for sure read it somewhere. Maybe they had bad test screening results and that's why they had reshoots idk. figured someone here would know.

Lucas was brought in to help the reshoots and correct the ship from TLJ, but reportedly left in disgust as Disney would not yield from what they claim were focus tested ideas.

Hammil was said to have threatened his role in the project altogether over the dispute.

The only thing that was confirmed as true is that Lucas had a script written for 7-9, when he made the sale to Disney. He figured they would use it and they didn't, which pissed him off. It was in Bob Iger's recent auto-biography. MSW and JediPaxis both stated that every single of their inside people confirmed that there has never been a single screen test for a Star Wars movie.

It’s also true the chick who plays Rey had her character rewritten several times due to being unhappy with it for Ep. 9. The “not by defeating what we hate, but saving what we love” line was originally supposed to be hers in TLJ so I can’t blame her lol.
