We've discussed BG's awareness of its liberal slant before including people stroking AG's ego and discussing what the conservatives actually get right.

You get slapped as being a troll/contrarian because you call-out on a curve. Calling out both sides is acceptable, but there is a very real differential in how much each side deserves to get called out based on what they actually do and even conservatives admit that. The only ones who legitimately think that such a differential doesn't exist, or that it swings the other way, are Zoner and Heavenscloud.

Basically you are the personification of "what-about-ism" then you feign persecution for "disagreeing"

Indeed I post my opinions in an ironic or satirical manner so I could see why someone with low intelligence might get flustered. I'm no more "trolly" than half the posters here than never have any real opinions, you just agree with them, and that's ok dude. Seems like a fair amount of people find me at least mildly entertaining so it feels like you just don't like what I have to say. That's fine. I don't care for a lot of peoples opinions here either.

people react that way to almost all bans, tho. its just a different set of people for each person banned. except for the ones who are universally disliked, who tend not to come back even after the ban expires.

honestly, i'll admit, my standards for banning aren't exactly scientific. i'm not some towering intellectual giant; i barely follow half the shit you guys go on about.

generally, tho, i go based on what direction i think the thread as a whole is going to take. i try to keep things generally on-topic and focused on discussion, rather than hating on each other. and trolling is a good way to attract hate... because that's the point of trolling. i'm sure i do get some honest dissenters in the crossfire, but i typically keep the bans short, and i focus more on tone than on content. being antagonistic, especially when you know it's a dissenting opinion, is a great way to get hit.

Please point out in that thread where he was asking how much to ban me where all this "trolling" you accuse me of was happening. That's why I was asking him why he wanted to ban me.

Dissenting opinion is not "trolling" and I'm not sure why you think I can't actually hold the opinions I share or argue devils advocate if I see things the other way than the majority here. I usually just go along with this "troll" label because whatever dude, I'm old and tired, but while we are discussing it I don't even troll on here, I post my legit opinions, it just makes some of you upset sometimes. I guess pointing out Dimmys trolling was also somehow also trolling but that's about as close as I get.
