Would you prefer it as a more general statement? I don't believe anyone is guilty of any crime they're accused of until I see evidence that convinces me they are. Could you stop asking the same pointless question of everyone who doesn't automatically disparage people after they're accused of doing anything? Or, better yet, explain exactly what you're trying to accomplish by asking the question. I honestly don't understand what you're trying to get at.

I think your "burden of proof" is ridiculous in this situation. Do you think it is more likely that some of his accusers are telling the truth or that all of them are lying?

I believe there's elements of truth to the accusations. Whether it was roofie rape or "I regretted my actions" is what I'm unclear about.

There was also an abundance of evidence that OJ was guilty. So yes, I do believe he was guilty.

Not to discount women who may have been abused, but are there any corroborations to their accusations?

If not, what leads you to believe he did?

Why do you continue to ask your leading "gotcha" questions? Let's discuss this. Do you believe Cosby raped 12 women without any evidence (because there will be no court case) or, to my knowledge, corroboration of the accusations? What leads you to either believe or not believe?

a Kobe-type situation where it is literally he said she said with no conclusive forensics or third party testimony is as who the fuck knows as it gets, but this sheer volume of accusers (a number i don't remember ever seeing in the public light before)? balance tilts from who knows to, oh, yeah, Baretta did that shit.

you have to have a pretty dim view of women to view all 19 as liars (in addition to the male corroborator who said he paid off a handful of women and arranged for aspiring 16 year old models to have private interviews in Cosby's room), most of whom have not sought a settlement, many of whom have said they will never seek a settlement they just want people to listen to what happened to them

Other women who weren't raped also said he offered them pills "to relax" (that they declined) - the preponderance of evidence suggests that this was his thing.

For me, I'm convinced some of them aren't. It was the 70s. Pretty sure some of it happened.

But all of them? Legitimate rape and time to lynch Cosby when we honestly don't know?
