Listening to them "review" SS was awful. Like, they saw the movie without watching the movie.
I'm not defending the movie. I'm just saying those guys were idiots.

Just off the top of my head. The shit about Harley's phone and the Main guard. Anyone looking at the screen picked that up with ease. Yet, they thought that Harley had that phone the entire time in prison, and had zero clue as to why the Joker spoke to the guard.
And I never said Inaccurate. I said they were idiots. They did go in with their minds made up and it shows how little they paid attention. There are other moments aswell but I am not rewatching that "review".
I'm all for hating a movie afterwords. Hell, I saw the new Ghostbusters without the "OMG MY CHILDHOOD" MENTALITY And it wasn't good, it was...on the line of Bland and bad.
Again, not defending the movie. It wasn't great. It was a clusterfuck of edited scenes and pop songs everywhere. But I don't think it was the shit show that everyone else does. I said what I wanted to say about the movie when I saw and posted about it a page or two back
They're not bad. I see their point of view in a lot of reviews, even the ones I totally disagree about and they make it entertaining.
I noticed they are parroting a lot of what's being said on reddit and internets in general in their latest reviews.
Almost as if the flaws and features of the films being discussed were easily identified?
I was actually surprised how much I liked Harley and Joker... I'm a Harley fanboy and was ready to hate this... but it won me over... plus the homage to the original Harley mini series cover <3
Pretty much the first 20 minutes or so seemed like one mashed up music video lol
I'd probably put it on the script and editing. His take on the character was pretty cool imo, especially since the crazy anarchist angle is impossible to do post Ledger.
My only Mike&Jay reviews I don't like are the ones with their friends because panel type reviews are awkward and suck. It's also the reason I haven't watched much of AngryJoe.
There's always someone just contributing nothing to the whole affair and it bothers me. I dunno why.
I liked Letos take on the Joker, but yeah they gave him nothing to work with. That's all on the director and WB though.

Happens when over half your scenes get cut.
Yeah it feels like Joker would've made a bit more sense if you got to see more of him. But instead your left wondering wtf is going on.
It seems to me like Marvel movies come out so good because the whole studio making them is dedicated to those movies. Whereas even if DC movies are made well, the studio interferes and everything goes to shit.
