That's how I feel about it. But then again 10 spots higher in the draft is no guarantee of a better player.

Panthers have cap issues so weak at OL and WR. Falcons defense has always been bad, but OL injuries hurt the offense and Mike Smith happens once every few games. Bucs don't have a QB. Cutriss can speak for the Saints because I have no idea how they got spanked so bad by the Panthers.
