Well I lost 3 matches yesterday because I alt-tab to wait on it to find a ranked opponent (I just listen for the sound) and when I go to tab back, it just stays as a black screen. I randomly pressed some buttons so I didn't look like rage quitter.

It doesn't even close when I kill the task from task manager.

Beat like the last 15 people I've played in lobbies, and then I go back against Kran's Bison. Somehow got 2/5, but I just got lucky. I'm switching chars and going into the lab. Deejay, how are you liking Ken? I think I am going to play either Chun, Ken, or even Cammy even though I just said I wasn't interested in her. Only because I don't like charge chars and I would rather play a chick.

I'm actually loving Ken. Once you get over the hump of trying to avoid using Hadoken and cr.MK heavily in blockstrings, some of the shit he has is disgusting.

Deejay's Ken is by far the scariest character I've come across from people here.

Idk exactly what Capcom changed with Ken from the betas to release but he became alot better.

Watching Winter Brawl it is mad frustrating how many people don't punish Birdie's dolphin dive.

He's got good damage, solid entry when you need it since his dive kick is awesome. He struggles against characters with good pokes though. There's nothing I can do to whiff punish some characters pokes and it can get infuriating at times.

He's going to end up as a solid mid tier character. Maybe low mid but I think he'll be a solid gate keeper in the tournament scene, but idk how many Kens will make it to the CPT finals outside of the elite players.

Edit: and imo you have to play a solid yet aggressive play style with him. His footsies simply aren't good enough to cut it in long drawn out matches. That's just my opinion. I don't think you're afraid to play an aggressive style just know that there's no real "hold this" button with him. He gets all his damage from straight up fair mix ups that your opponent will either eat or they'll figure out. His potential for gimmicks and trickery can get snuffed out pretty quickly by a really good player.

Kinda related, but for all on screen display/screenshot/video/etc needs I'd strongly recommend Playclaw. Costs money but I haven't run into a single game outside of IDtech 4 games that it doesn't run flawlessly with.

GG's all around though. Only critique I'd give you is that you don't abuse FANG's anti air enough. It will literally stuff any and all jump ins regardless if they cross up or not. Shit is toooooo good.

I know! shit is gdlk if you use it right. Ken players generally don't know how to dive kick, and they're missing out. On block, its comparable to AE Yun's dive kick and on hit it's a free DP or mixup in the corner.

Yeah GGs, I was on tilt after literally every button I tried traded with ex tatsu so my AAs got real bad lol

So just messing around in training mode before going to bed I realized Bison doesn't have to charge his moves while in V Trigger. This should have been something I knew about a long time ago. Maybe I should actually learn about Wtf I'm doing in this game instead of just yoloing everything.

Starting to get more comfortable in the game, it seems like a lot of my execution issues were from my TE2 JLF being really different from my Eightarc
