There's a PC Program, I believe called Blue Stacks which is an android emulator for PC. A lot of people use it to play the Japanese release of Final Fantasy Record Keeper on PC, may want to look into that.

At least going off the site the PS3/PS4 one doesn't work with Madcatz products, only the PS3 one does and it only lists Fightstick Tournament Edition S
