Uh, GW2 launch was pretty goddamn flawless as I recall. Like to the point where it was fucking weird how smoothly it went. Maybe you're thinking of the preview weekends where the auction house was an absolute clusterfuck.

I seem to remember there being a big error that caused issues for a while, and then yeah, the real bad queue and such, but could be wrong? Maybe it's just how bad D3 was overflowing to that but I remember GW2 having issues.
