which is funny cause outside of Du, Infiltration's been the standout. That first tourney win by Joe was a fluke IMO, he won't be near the top again if there's actually competition at the tourney that isn't like..Moons lol

Bad Mika's are very, very easy to beat. Almost all her shit is negative in block and she has trouble applying pressure outside the corner. Marn makes it work by playing like a whacko, but has the execution to back it up.

So sad this is over. Fucking fantastic tourney with great production values and ridiculous hype/entertainment factor. Hope more premiere events follow this formula.

tomorrow is the system update (challenge/trial mode, 8-man lobbies, etc.), wednesday is alex. my understanding is that everyone gets him for free until the cash shop releases, at that point you need to spend fight money or actual dollars to keep using him.

notably, the cash shop might be a long ways off because the official announcement explicitly mentioned that the trial period would extend to future characters as well.
