iirc for most of the cast throw into a dash isn't safe if they quick rise.

Yeah, I'm having a very hard time not dashing in with Vega after a forward throw. Many people get up hitting buttons and instead of pressure either I lose the advantage or directly eat a combo.

It's part of the meta. Wakeup mashing jab to stuff their pressure, but you risk getting crush countered by their pokes since alot of characters can reach that range with a hard attack.
