I'm the one that hit him. I don't share other mods' instinct to automatically hit someone for word choice, regardless of what words they are, but this was pretty much the exact way to use one of those words to earn a hit even from me.

So the ragequit system doesn't even penalize (in points) the person that disconnects? Unless the lockout period is long enough I doubt it will do anything.

The ragequit system seems worthless, depending on what "high" disconnect rate is.
It really should be a system as simple as "you DC midmatch you get the L" no matter what. People playing on a bad connection are realistically no better then someone quitting on purpose imo.
Locking people out of matches for continuous quitting is all well and good, but there should still be a penalty for quitting individual matches.
