Street Fighter V: A Preliminary Thread

Earlier, Siliconera reported that Alex and Urien from Street Fighter III would be part of the playable roster in Street Fighter V. Now, we can confirm two more characters: Karin Kanzuki and R. Mika from the Alpha series.

Karin made her first appearance in a Street Fighter spin-off manga starring Sakura. She made her playable debut in Street Fighter Alpha 3, and was then included in Capcom Fighting Evolution as well.

Meanwhile, R. Mika, too, made her first appearance in Street Fighter Alpha 3. She hasn’t been featured in any of Capcom’s fighters following that game.

Look out for Karin and Mika to be revealed for Street Fighter V at some point in the future.

No? Because at the end of the 'rumor' they mentioned R Mika as a character they had "No plans of adding"

Oh; sorry, I get lost with all the bullshit rumors that it's hard to follow. Yeah, I was talking about the 'detailed list' that had when/where they'd be announced, but yeah. Welp. I only see one char on there notoriously from Brazil so I guess that makes Blanka/Oro incorrect?

So sounds like the GAF leak is legit, as expected. Didn't the GAF leak also have one of the new characters hailing from Brazil? I can't remember now and I'm lazy.

Was going by this list, which we'll discover this weekend if it's right or wrong.

You can't see it in the vid because Max is freaking out, but if you look at the instagram leak I posted above, there's a face that's flashed on the screen. If that roster leak is accurate, it would have to be Urien, however it really looks like Honda.

His hair looks horrendous, but otherwise I'm loving everything about this version of Ken.

Ya ken looks great, but I hate the play doh hair. More than likely it's an early build of him, though.
