The people who thought it was the game's fault why they sucked at SFIV are still getting bopped in SFV.

But I sucked at SFIV since day 1 outside of riding the glory train of Super Bison.

I didn't say he's not a good overall player, but he's not using her remotely close to her potential lol, and he makes some really out there decisions, which is why K-Brad made him look like he'd never played the game before

Marn plays like an absolute scrub, but with good execution to back it up.

And as I'm sure we can all attest, scrubs can give even good player issues with how resistant they are to proper setups and conditioning.
