Nah that title belongs to hugo, he was really bad after they nerfed him into oblivion. Ibuki was okeish. She was acutally better then half of the SF cast (i mean seriously Blanka, Guile, Hugo, M.Bison, Boxer they all sucked).

Maybe Capcom hired the guy who makes the faces for NRS games.

So V-trigger is the bomb. That sorta kills any constant bomb setups since it's just another Nadesiko type of move.
It's 3 bars and she can do it multiple times while V-trigger is active. She also has some kunai's to the right of her v-gauge.

I see that the stage coming out with Ibuki is just a daytime version of Kanzuki Estate. Already reusing resources, the laziness is strong with Capcom.
