A lot of that looks hard af to reach to due to input lag, esp. on Ps4.

Definitely looks like at least Dash Straight is -4 or -5 on block from the portion of the stream I watched earlier. I'd imagine most of his moves will be susceptible to jab punishes at a minimum depending on spacing.

His hit/throw mixup with what looks like his V-Skill (the spin move) looks straight nasty.

I'm assuming he's still a charge character, but otherwise his game seems very similar to Ken, albeit lacking an invincible DP (though his EX moves probably have armor to give him options)

I actually might try out Ibuki which seems gross even though I really like Mika. I'm somewhat hoping Sakura is a long way off so I can really explore Mika before I have to worry about changing, lol

Smug and Chi Rithy taught me how to deal with a lot of dumb shit using Ken. He is one of the few characters who can meaty off of 99% of his knock downs, which is something that has helped my win rate immensely.
