you're right, it didn't, my beef I think is that it's called a season pass and not a character bundle, season pass maybe didn't imply that it'd only cover 20% of that season's DLC

Oh I never looked at it lol, I figured a 'season pass' would cover everything up until the next batch of characters started. Seems pretty scummy to call it a 'season pass' either way, since a lot of people would make that assumption without reading the details, or knowing they can buy most of the shit in it easily with in-game currency.

Yeah, season pass basically just saves you the grind of buying the new characters for 100k fight money and gets you some extra costumes for free.

If you were planning to buy all that stuff outright with cash it would save you some money, but at the same time anyone who in theory cares enough to buy the extra characters would already have enough FM to afford the characters.

The problem with that Ibuki video is half of it is blockable and most of it would lose to mashed DP/ex moves. It just looks fancy against a CPU on 0 block lol.

Granted, it would be hard to block even if you see the direction Ibuki is going because of the cooked in lag, but that air kunai isn't hitting anyone decent, let's get real lol.

I'm not sure I want to see what akuma would be like in this game lol. They'll probably remove air fireballs, make demon flip a v-skill where you can't control the distance and half the enders are removed, teleport is alpha counter only, etc.

5 is enough of a 50/50 piece of shit as it is, to include the cast of Shit Strike where the entire game was pretty much 50/50 across the board, this shit will just ruin the competitive legitimacy of 5 even more.

Please no aegis reflector 50/50 unblockable bullshit. No Yun Genei Jin OP'd 50/50 block or get command grabbed bullshit. No Makoto 50/50 grab into 100% bullshit.

3s is easily the worst SF in the history with its 50/50 nonsense. 3s was the epitome of set play, where if the other person got meter, you weren't doing shit except pray and guess right.

Finally messed with Ibuki and Balrog a bit. Both characters are really cool, they actually did a pretty solid job on them. I don't think I'm changing off Mika anytime soon though

3rd strike was the height of the street fighter series. It went downhill from there.

Anxious to play more Juri. Liked what I got to experience, though I hope her and Urien still have a few pieces that need to be added. Couldn't shake the feeling that they were'n't finished. At least Capcom seems to have gotten a grip on their weird face problems.
